I'm not trying through shade or anything but the the chicken was not fresh the sides were not fresh the associate with kind of disinterested the place wasn't particularly clean I think after COVID people just don't like doing their job anymore I wouldn't either but they've got I don't know why but it's like they don't want to see customers anymore even that's where they're even though that's where they make their money but there's room but there's room but there's room for but there's room for but there's room for improvement KFC in desert Hot Springs for sureDietary restrictions: I don't like being negative so I'm this is room for improvement The floor is that need mocked the tables need wipe the the soda was flatish and didn't taste like what they were it didn't taste like I can't Pepsi I believe yeah it didn't taste like Pepsi or I take diet Pepsi cuz I'm diabetic that's why I particularly wanted the protein that day I kind of pick off the crust a little bit that not all of it cuz I do like the original recipe but not that day in the I should have known cuz they were like we only have I forget what piece it was like thighs and they were like big and mushy and I prefer things more obviously I don't want crispy but it's just different from when I was little it's been a long time since I've been there it's probably my expectation that's outline not there not their service up I mean they don't get paid enough to take I mean mopping is not fun or anything I'm not plenty of times cuz I worked at a restaurant so I understand it and and these kids were I mean I'm sorry there these young adults that are like Gen z they're getting like a they're not they have to go work at these conditions when I was a teenager when I was working as a teenager or young adult I mean you can still do stuff with your money like it felt like you're working for a purpose not for like nothing so I understand they should I they should do a sit out or something I mean minimum wage hasn't changed in like decades and I mean how are they ever supposed to get ahead with a minimum wage job I mean we're here in California and we I think California treats its employees better but the inflation is so high I don't blame them from not feeling motivated motivated for what do the same thing work at Kentucky fried Chicken forever because you can't and you can't even make up you can't even like get your own place or any of that stuff anymore I don't even know how people drive like when I when I start driving gas was like 59 cents or something like that outrageous all right so I'm trying to be I don't blame the employees I don't think managers know what they're doing anymore they don't set the expectation I know and can't blame them whose movie did work for no money I'm sorry I'll move on now I think Chris
Karina the manager attended us very bad with very bad attitude just because we didn’t get what we wanted. We asked for drumstick, thighs and chicken breast. And they gave us just wings and drumsticks. She choose what to give which was the very small piece drumsticks and thigh's. This is your job if you going work do it right. We ain’t your family or friends we’re your client. Somebody else deserves to be a manager not her with her little attitude. And if you think I am lying here are the pictures.

Well I don't want to speak inappropriately about KFC... but let me tell ya, their food has really gone downhill. Does anyone else notice this? ? It's been around for eons, and I notice the taste difference. It's either that or they are OUT OF CHICKEN. Lol @ 7pm. ? The busiest time, they have the parking lot full of folks waiting for chicken. We'll at least It's super fresh!! Get there early, folks!!
Number one they looking at me as if I’m bothering them to pack my order number to the rushing me out they forget to give me a ranch and they forgot my drink to my kids meal every time I go to this location at night their customer service is always horrible. I try to call the phone and number is disconnected. I will definitely go to a different KFC if you wanted great customer service because you won’t get that here.

Whenever I think about crispy chicken, I usually visit here, but tonight they gave me wrong chicken for drivethru. And the drink (mountain dew) tasted pretty bitter without any sweetness. I threw the drink right away. And hopefully they take care of customers drinks better next time.

the absolute worse!!! cold dried hard fries. hard biscuit, couldn't even take a bite of it. watery cole slaw and i won't even mention the cold soggy chicken. don't waste your money. even if it were decent food price is way tooooooo high.

Disappointed, the cashier was pleasant, our order was taken and served promptly our chicken was lukewarm, macaroni was warm the mashed potatoes were warmer the biscuit was small hard and dry, I dont remember the biscuits being like that, anyway not satisfying at all :(it was around 8:30pm on a Sunday night maybe that's why.

We spent $35.00 on this location and we can't even get butter and honey because they ran out and not even extra hot sauce and they just remodeled the building and they can't even stocked up. I do not recommend this place, horrible service.
