Before the owner changed, it was unfriendly and delicious, but now it is tasteless and unfriendly. The food quality has gotten worse since last time I was there. Not returning to this place.

Really lovely, kind, homey service (hot tea to start, they even wiped down the high chair for us) and delicious Korean food. We especially loved their 들깨칼국수 (noodles with perilla seed) which is filled with delicious veggies in a thick nutty soup. Side dishes were fresh and tasty and the spiced soy sauce to dip dumplings in was a nice touch.

I was surprised to see that this place isn't actually Myungin? But I guess I still got my craving satisfied because I really wanted mandu - and by that I mean the Korean kind. So I ordered the Korean style kimchi wang mandu which came with 6 pretty large dumplings that had a strong kimchi flavoring in the filling. I expected the wrapper to be thick but it was surprisingly pretty thin. My friend also wanted tteokbokki so we got the stir-fried rice cakes with mild spice. It came with half a boiled egg and fish cakes. I wish it had more sauce though because I found myself scouring the plate for the good stuff. That said, the texture was delicious. We also got cold buckwheat noodles to share. It was pretty standard and nothing special about it.We went on a Sunday during lunch so the restaurant was completely empty beside us but the lady running it was super kind.

Came a bit late on a weekday night and ordered takeout. Not sure busy it gets but it was empty when I was there. The nice lady that helped me out was very welcoming and friendly. I got the short rib soup and it was delicious.Large chunks of meat, some glass noodles, and a good variety of side dishes that completed a great meal. Would come back again to try a bunch of other stuff on their menu!

The owners are super nice and happy to see people come in. Definitely a place that has regulars and I always go there for cold noodles or for their handmade dumplings that you can watch them make to order. They are also having summer specials like tonkatsu.

We didn't finish any of our plates and just walked out after paying. 1. False advertisement. Should've renamed the place as it is not Myungin Dumplings. They wrote on papers all across that they're not Myungin but they don't even tell us who they are 2. Quiet ambiance. Nobody was there which is a red flag. No music. Just the owner eating at a table by herself.3. Mul naengmyun broth was odd. Unsure how they made it. It was sweet and super vinegary already. It smelled beefy in a bad way.4. Kimchi dumplings smelled porky/fishy in a bad way too. It was extremely salty. No need to dip because your tongue is gonna be numb from the salt already5. Kong guksu: the broth was too thick. It was like eating noodles in a protein shake. 6. Water: they must've used the same sponge to clean their plates with their cups. My cup smelled bad of fish and wet sponge.

I come to this plaza all the time and this is the first time I've tried this place! I was craving some kalguksu and didn't want to drive to OC or LA so I just looked locally. This place... is the real deal! This is your hole in the wall, no frills type of place. It looked like the whole family was working and they all provided great service. We ordered the king mandu dumplings and the clam kalguksu. I knew it was king sized but didn't realize they would be HUGE!! One of the staff (I believe the dad) came up to us and asked us if we wanted one flavor or if we wanted to mix. We ended up getting half and half, pork and kimchi. Both fillings were meaty and super delicious, and the kimchi one was decently spicy. The clam kalguksu was also so good! They give a decent amount of clams, the broth is rich and comforting, and the noodles had a nice chew. I will definitely come back to try more foods!

My wife was craving Korean food so I have to feed the beast! Luckily there's this dumpling place I wanted to try that's only 5 mins from my house. This place is legit! I'll have to come back regularly!

This is NOT Myung In Dumplings! The fact they use the same number as before, same menu, same sign outside should be illegal! The food and especially the dumplings, tastes salty and nothing like the original. They have these signs at the tables once we already ordered we noticed it. Not coming back here again..

I went on a little korean dumpling crawl to find out which place had the best mandu and right now my opinion is it's Myung In Dumplings. I only had one dumpling dish it was like the Kimchi dumplings but I want to say it was the best. I tried Pao Jao and CHD and while it's not far far above, I think it's the best. The skin is thin and chewy, the filling is flavorful and it doesn't lack meat and the whole doesn't fall apart. I also ordered the beef soup dish and that was actually really really good. Like it's definitely worth coming just for that especially if you're craving soup or were recovering from your booster like I was. The beef was soft and delicious and the flavor of the broth was very light. And the portion of the beef was generous. Would definitely come back and order some of the other dumplings even though some of the dumplings just look like chinese baozi, but whatever i got an open mind

Always my go-to spot for dumplings and cold noodles. My parents used to come here for lunch dates back in the day and I am now 21 and still love this place. Such good quality food and very traditional like my family's town back in Korea. All their stews are amazing too just such a great place over all.
