Staff is rude and sloppy ,when you ask for no salt they pack it with even more salt like they do it on purpose just to get a laugh. Emo Manager is always taking sister to mooch. She’s there every day eating. Just trying to get a free meal . restrooms are always dirty smell like pee they have enough staff there to clean but nobody ever cleans those restrooms All the time staff is lazy.

I personally hate the place burgers are always sloppy but kiddos like their chicken fingers and Roommate liked their 2/6.00 which they no longer have. Customer service sucks they are rude act like you bother them when asking for condiments. They don't say thank you have to honk horn because they give you bag and immediately slam the window shut and walkaway don't wait too see if you need anything.

This Burger King location is fast and the staff are very kind! The food is served hot and if there is an error they will fix it! The night crew staff are very understanding and speedy! I went close to closing when I was sick and I didnt want to cook and they made me the best chicken sandwich I had ever had! They serve quality till the end!

The food was good and everything but they did not get my order right for my nuggets I asked for spicy they gave me plain nuggets and when I order at the start of the line this worker was slow she took 5 minutes just for one order

I first ordered a BK fish and BK quarter pounder. I then added 2 Whopper Jr’s plus fries and onion rings. The girl taking my order repeatedly exactly what I ordered. When I was paying the girl at the pickup window also repeated exactly what I ordered. When I got home to Orosi I didn’t see any fish sandwich. I had a burger that had a single patty but wasn’t a quarter pounder. There was also what looked like a double burger, 2 single patties. The only burgers they got right were the Whopper Jr’s.I only went to Burger King because I wanted a fish sandwich in the first place.I’ve tried calling for two days already (at least 20 times on each day) to let them know of their mistake but they never answer their phones.

Made my burger so perfect around 9 pm
