im a commuter student. I stumbled upon this panda once on my way to class, and have come back so many times since. I don’t know what they are doing differently from other panda expresses in my area (Solano AND Napa county) but this Panda Express is the BEST location I have had. On god. This Panda Express in Dixon has the most on point customer service for any Panda I've ever been to in my life. Drew, without smiling...you actually smile. Whoever is cooking the rice needs a raise..... It tastes better than ice cream. The teriyaki chicken is so on point, I had to stop and write this review.
