It looks like an ordinary restaurant when you first see it but holly the service is ultra horrible when I say ultra I mean the worst of the worst when I payed 4 dollars for the fries I expected a lot of fries but Jesus there was like 20 fries in each box and the burrito don't even get me started. The burrito was frozen. It was hella hard and disgusting. What makes matter worse was that the guy was super rude like that's why he got no customers because he rude as hell and throwing things like don't come here at all super trash

This location was great when it first opened. Excellent customer service, well-prepared food, and no long waits. I don't know what changed, but the past few times I've visited I've been met with confusion ordering simple items from the menu, given wrong or poorly prepared food, and for some reason asking for limes (multiple times) is just met with confusion no mater how I try to explain it. My last order featured soggy undercooked french fries - I have no idea how one screws up frying frozen french fries. Especially when I'm the only car at the drive thru. Don't even get me started on wait times. I advise others to steer clear until they can go back to how they were just after opening.

First and last time eating here. The workers were in the back for about 5-7 min even after we rang the bell (it was empty, no other customers or cars in the drive thru). My husband ordered the chilaquiles, it was no such thing... It was 2 fried tortillas with cheese (they were full tortillas) like tacos... Not even cut, crispy, or soft just oily tortillas

Ordered a chimichanga plate and didn't receive any beans or rice on the side. Almost felt scammed. They tried to fill the plate with lettuce and pico de Gallo. Never again going there. Note this isn't the first time they've screwed up my order

We got the green chicken enchiladas and cheese enchiladas (though I think we only got green for the cheese). The food was good and the horchata was good as well; there was not too much cinnamon in the drink. When we went inside, the worker was mopping the floor without putting up a "wet floor" sign. I'm not too upset about this, but I hope this is not a frequent occurrence.

This is are to go to spot lately! We really enjoy good Mexican food. The burritos are huge and the carne asada is always soft and flavorful. Of course, can't go wrong with their carne asada fries...sooooo good. Also glad they have a drive thru!

I love this place The food is delicious and their prices are very affordable. (I actually think they should raise their prices .) Their carne asada burrito is the best . I recommend .

I've never been one to complain but the service freaking sucks. I'm only giving this place one star because the food is actually really good but it's the service that should get 0 stars. A couple weeks ago I waited in the drive thru for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order & eventually got impatient & decided to get down. I rang the bell that they have where you order multiple times & no one came out. They were playing loud music in the back & I started to shout "hello" but no surprise no one could hear me because of the music. I eventually left because of the frustration. I actually liked this place because of their food but I'm never coming back. My recommendation is to use a little more gas to go to another Albert's, save your time & energy.
