I ordered a cheese pretzel it’s so burnt on the bottom. They don’t even put cheese on the pretzel. I waited 10 minutes so you guy could make it which I don’t mind but this was just nasty. Next time I will save my money and go to Wetzel’s Pretzels because you get your moneys worth. Someone would have thought they took a plain salted pretzel and put cheese on top because of how burnt it is.

i love coming here to stonewood mall and when im hungry for a snack i love auntie annes pretzels, theyre very good and tasty.. My favorite is the pepporoni pretzel, the pretzel dog with cheese dip, mmmm mmmmm mmmm ??

What's up with all the one-star review. I will add mine one star as well because they made me wait for my online order I guess they said they were baking a new one and it turned out the pretzel was burnt too. Talk about double disappointment. This happened on August 9th 2022.
Yay or Nay? 1/2 Stopped by for some mini dogs. Thought they were good. They were left in the oven a tad too long though, so they had a slight charred taste. I've only been here twice and the first time was much better. Seems like this place may have a consistency issue. Expense 1/1 Paid about 7 bucks for 10 mini dogs which felt fair considering it's in a mall. Location 0/1 Located inside the mall which is not convenient if you just want to grab a quick snack. Parking shouldn't be an issue, huge lot. They accept debit/credit cards. When I stopped by they didn't have mini dogs available, so I had to wait for about 15 minutes for a fresh batch. I wanted to grab a quick snack and it ended up taking a lot longer than I had anticipated. Plan to return? 1/1 Probably at some point.

When we go to the mall, we love getting Auntie Anne's pretzels. Unfortunately today was not a good experience. They didn't have cream cheese. They didnt have the regular pretzels (salty or plain) So we ended up getting the pizza pretzel and the pretzel bites. They were horrible! They were so greasy & gross we couldn't eat them. What a waste!
