Despite coming here several times a month for years, we will never come back.We ordered a two scoop sundae. i said "two scoop sundae, hot fudge, no whip cream". My husband was sitting down and said "did she scoop two different flavors?" I said "it's supposed to be gold medalribbon". She said yes.I had to remind her that she never gave me the shake i ordered first. She gave it to the customer after us who ordered the same thing.I bring the sundae to my husband and he takes a bite and says "this is jamocha almond". He went to the girl and said as much and she said i told her that.i did not. my husband and only ever gets gold medal ribbon.she then told him he would have to pay if he wanted a new sundae because we should have watched her make it.Another person came over and they refused to fix it. they would not refund it. they made us write down our phone number so the manager could call "sometime" but they don't know when he would come in or answer us. We literally paid for nothing as it sat there and melted and we got nothing in return.the fact the the workers were scared that would get in trouble from the owner for fixing a mistake seems super sketchy.

Extremely rude middle aged women that works at this location in the afternoon. When she explained policy her demeanor was so rude. I understand policy, but this women had such a rude demeanor and tone. I went to another location very professional and accommodating. The one in the city of Paramount, very sweet young ladies. They helped me choose the perfect ice cream cake for my daughter.

Girls were rude unless you looked hispanic...sorry I'm mixed hispanic and look more white then hispanic....was barely even given a scoop of ice cream for a double scoop...I should have walked out and went to coldstone...I called the manager...asked for a call back from the owner but we will see if he even calls me back...rude teenage girls...so sad they weren't taught respect

I went to this location and the employee was very rude and I ignored it. I tell her I want a banana split and she serves me my ice cream using no gloves, prior to this she was washing filthy dishes. The least she could have done was put in some gloves. Overall service was terrible.

I would give zero stars if possible! I came in to pick up a door dash order. One employee was helping a customer so I waited and seen another employee so I told her I was there for the order . Both employees looked very HIGH! The second employee said the lady in the front will be making my order so I waited for her to finish the order she was working on . When she was done she said I still have to make it it's going to take a long time . And then proceeded to help a customer that came in after me . I asked her so your gonna cut my order and do this lady's order she said yes she is in the store ! Worse service ever! DONT COME HERE .

Bought a large strawberry milkshake that was mostly milk and that was only 3/4 full and almost 1/4 was whipped cream. Girl apologized when she realized but didn’t add more. Disgusting.
They never get order right. Employee rude. Will hang up on you if you call to let then know they got it wrong. Save yourself the headache, go to the BK on Firestone instead! Later... manager called me at 8 pm and blamed uber eats! Not!!! BK employee a b***** not Ubers!!! Ordered chocolate and Wild and Reckless, got two Gold Medal Ribbon! Said they called me-lie! If you don't have what clients order dont just send whatever the hell you want! Idiots! Luckily, Uber Eats more professional-they credited entire order! BK Loses: 1. Frequent customer 2. Bad review 3. $30 Lotsssssss of one star reviews-looks like I am not the only one! Dont hire smart a** know-it-alls

I've been coming to this location for many years, unfortunately, today was not a good day to visit. There were three employees and no customers when I came in, two of them were busy but one of them (Stacy on the receipt) left what she was doing to continue the joking, laughing, and playing around with the other one. I was there, waiting to be helped, but those two continued their business, finally I asked them their names because by then I was getting annoyed, one of them said Ana, the other one Maria. Finally "Ana" came looking upsept to serve, not before taking another couple of minutes to do so, mockingly she asked me why would I asked her her name, I said "to write a review on you" she then asked me for my name, I said I didn't have to answer. She then said, laughling at me, "my name isn't Ana either" She then proceeded to the register, got my money, turn around and left, at that moment Maria was there, I asked "Is she keeping my change too?" Maria said "it was my fault, I closed the register" which it's not true, "Ana" had already left, very upsept. This is the type of customer service I happily report because I, not only will try to avoid this location, but also will comment to other people I know. I handed Maria a penny as a tip for "Ana" but she insisted on putting it in the tip jar, refused to give it to her. Good luck with your employee "Ana".

I handed the counter girl a $20.00 bill for a $7.99 tub of ice cream...I was given change for a $10. They do not leave the bill on the register for easy confirmation, it goes in the drawer, and pulling out a $10 bill does not work. I had just been to the ATM, where they only dispense $20's and I had 3 singles in my wallet. So that $10 was just anyone's but not mine. I was told the manager would look at the camera and call me within 2 hours....no call until 5pm the next day only to be told the drawer was correct....nothing about the cameras. I predicted that to my friend that was there with me. This was my last purchase that this store and please beware, if you go!!!!

Bought 2 strawberry shakes...she used very little ice cream. I've been to other locations that used a lot more ice cream. She used a lot of milk and the shake didnt taste like strawberry. Tasted more like milk.
