I had ordered the smothered potatoes with onions eggs scrambled and a biscuit with the hot chocolate. Everything was good but the only thing that wasn't right at first was the potatoes they were still hard but once I told the waitress they didn't hesitate to fix the problem I love their demeanor about everything they were very polite and respectful. I appreciate that. That biscuit though they got good that biscuit taste like it was from scratch potatoes good too. I always loved Bobs Big Boys as a kid I would get their spaghetti chili every weekend when my mom took us on Saturdays o how I miss those daysParking: It's a very big parking lot so it's no problem to findKid-friendliness: They have a special going for the kids to eat free

I'm not going to say barely anything, because frankly after seeing these prices...FIFTEEN DOLLARS for a CHICKEN SANDWICH?! This place is absolute highway robbery. I can name you at LEAST twenty other restaurants nearby that not only put this place to SHAME, but that would be absolutely DISGUSTED to even dare and try to make a customer feel like they have to pay THAT MUCH cash, all for a down-home feeling bite to eat.You must be putting something in the food for all of these decent reviews. Do you not see what is happening in our Country at this particular moment in time? My only question is, "WHY?" WHY would you expect a man and his wife to pay $40+ dollars, all for food as aforementioned above...is not only LEAGUES better, but puts your customer service to shame. Yes the food is good, I'll admit. But for THIS kind of price? And we didn't even hardly get full! The portions are pathetic!I only hope that you're able to sleep well at night, Owner. Because God knows that I WOULDN'T be able to do so. Portions so small you're lucky if you get filled up without paying a full $50 bucks for 2 people. People who worked there didn't look like they wanted to be there...I could go on and on about how shocked and disappointed I was visiting this spot. People, there are MUCH easier places on the wallet nearby, with MUCH BIGGER portions. That's it.EDIT: I DID end up speaking a bit of my mind. It has been years since I visited Bob's Big Boy. This one is one of the 4 remaining in California, and the quality is still top-notch! The staff is super friendly and attentive. The location has plenty of seating and parking with a ton of nostalgic flair. I definitely will be back!

I can't complain about the food, it was very delicious but the person who was waiting on the tables at the entrance served terrible service, he has a very ugly attitude, no friendliness, the truth is he is racist, he served us very badly, I felt bad for my family, this is not the first time. That's why I dared to make this review so the truth is, the food is not enjoyable, how sad ? but hey, I hope the employee changes their attitude. I was the second customer of the day today, Feb 3, 2024, thank you.
