The food could be better the drinks Allison made were great!! Allison was our server/ bartender she was great! Unfortunately for her she was stuck working with some lazy jack@ss named Derick! Allison was taking care of the whole restaurant while Derick had one table of 6 and then after the busy work was done he took a gentleman who only ordered drinks! We tried waving him down a couple times, when we saw she was busy but he looked at us and ignored us completely!!!

Restaurant only had a few customers when I arrived. Grabbed my happy hour drinks before I sat down, thank goodness because service was super slow even though it was not busy when I arrived. Had the margarita pizza, which was cold by the time I got it. It still tasted ok but not like it should have. Cheese was solid instead of melted like it should have been on a hot pizza. Server brought the check before she brought the food. I wanted to order dessert, but the server never came back. I could have walked out without paying for as much service as I received but went to the bartender and had him cash me out. Super disappointed with my experience. For the price charged, the food should have been hot, and service should have been better.

Closed before closing time. People travel from far to be here. We came all the way from New Jersey to stay at this hotel because we thought we were going to get good service here, and we did not. It's a Saturday night, and we paid $300 to be here at this hotel, and this is not what we paid for. We did not pay for the hotel restaurant to be closed early

Checked into the hotel on a Monday night, went down for dinner, only thing open was the bar, and the menu at bar was very limited. Not my idea of a nice quiet dinner after traveling all day, listening to a bunch of drunks and sports on tv. Went next door to a quiet sit down restaurant.

Me and my son got a delicious pepperoni pizza. It was incredible!! I was told Tha it’s pricy and blah blah blah but DAMN!! I was soooo happy with how delicious it was and my son being a pizza lover definitely enjoyed this one.

bad customer service, We have been coming to this location. for more then 10 years. even during the pandemic my wife and I came to stayed here but, the service is getting worse and worse,exp . bartender did not want to give us a drink because it was happy hour and he was not going to cut the line. He, made us do the line. We were going to keep drinking and order food and we usually tip decent. After happy hour had ended, The bar was empty.Their system is bad. I blame management. Most likely will be our last stay here.

I came specifically for @bear_music Karaoke night.I ended up meeting some great people and having a really fun time!My waitress was very attentive and checked on me several times.
I had the ribeye and it was amazing. Good drinks too. They also have karaoke and some descent singers. Loved it.

My review is based solely on the price and customer service 13.00 for 5 wings, which are no even big is outrageous in price. I'm from NY and we don't even pay prices close to this. I ordered m food and even before that I ad a check presented to me. I looked around and another male ordered and got his check a female ordered and no check right away. The gentlemen working the bar can use a lesson on serving more then one person at a time

Karaoke DJ Roxy Girl is adorable and amazing. She is extremely professional and spends special time making everybody feel comfortable getting on stage. She is especially attentive to us slower moving folks, shy ones, and those with less confidence. She actually spends time talking to people and helping them pick the songs. LOL The ceasar salad was surprisingly good. The pizza was passable. The chicken wings were fantastically fresh and scrumptious. They must have hired new staff because they were running around like Speedy Gonzales tending to the customers needs. This cute gem of a Karaoke place is so different than others. It's classy, elegant, and delicately sensitive. KDJ Roxy Girl is the perfect fit for this scene.
