Four of my Uber drivers canceled this order, was not called by the restaurant and they did not cancel my order. I tried calling 5 times and no answer. No communication and not taking my order for no reason? Do better

The Philly steak sandwich not mind blowing it’s not what I expected tomato lettuce pickles on a Philly steak sandwich is not the business and the meat can use a little more cooking time to hard to bite barely meat in it and bell peppers leave the tomato lettuce and pickles on

All bark no bite, Charleys Subs in Downey. But what do you expect for a wannabe Phillycheese Steak sandwich stall in the mall. I got a 6inch with everything on it, yet there was nothing at all. The pictures on their wall look nothing like it in real life. What you'll get is quarter the amount of meat and stale bread that will leave you unsatisfied in the end. It's too bad because the taste can be something, but I'm $10 bucks out and I didn't even have fries and a drink. I hate complaining, but I'm still hungry and now i have to go somewhere else for a real beef sandwich.

I was bout to order food till I seem a little cockroach walking around the register and drinks I really love Charleys but after this I felt disgusted....

Ordered food was not informed they were out of ranch till I got my sandwich which was supposed to contain ranch. So the sandwich didn’t contain everything. They also refused to give a to go box because I choose “dine in “ at a mall store front Charleys. They offered me a foil to cover the remainder of my food. I love Charleys and I’m starting to understand the lack of quality in Charleys at malls.

My experience is as follows: This place really disappoints me. To be honest with you, I would've expected better from Mall food. But the quality here isn't that great. This is the type of food that you go to get when you're in a hurry. What really pisses me off is that they charge extra for the sauce as well at some places they don't. And the staff aren't really that polite. I could tell you that they respond with one word answers. Overall, I highly suggest that you don't come here if you want to eat quality food. If you want to get a real Philly cheesesteak, go to Philly's Best.

Food was delicious and made to order. I really enjoyed my lunch. Service was fast and cooked right in front of me. However I did not enjoy the lemonade it was entirely way too sweet for my taste. A little pricey.Customer service was good. Clean and organized. Employees were friendly and answered all of my questions politely. The restaurant is located in the mall food court. After looking through all of the restaurants I'm glad I choose Charleys Philly cheese steaks and will be back.

had a order door dashed and had upgraded my order to the ultimate fries, and the hefty charge to do so, so when all i received is a plain fry was very disappointing. the sandwich was good

Stop calling yourselves a " Philly Cheesesteak" place..
I love Charley's so so much the every time I go to the one at citadel is always goooooood 1000000% recommended but when I come to the one in stone wood mall is so bad I'm not even Trynna talk bad about this place but every time I go I doesn't taste the same the workers are really nice but they don't look happy they do your food dry last time I went I found a hair on my fries but I was already in da car eating the sandwich and I'm not a Karen so I didn't care they just really gotta be careful with the it looks like the manajer doesn't watch them at all they always on there phone... I do recommend the one in citadel thoe !!!!

You can never go wrong with Charley's, one thing I will say though it's that i have been coming for a while now and they haven't fixed their Soda machine so keep that in mind just lemonade

Closing time is 9:00 PM Right ???? Today 12-29-21 i was about to order and one of the employees working was like sorry we are close! I was like but it's only 8:45. He responded in a rude way in Spanish don't you see we are already cleaning. I'm a store manager in the food industry and I will never allow my employees to close early!!! Please train and teach your employees morals.........

Food is good, I have always liked both their chicken and Philly steaks. I agree with everyone, a bit overpriced, therefore, I expect food to be up to standard. I found a black bug in their mayo/ lettuce. When I showed the workers they really didn't know what to do or say. No apologies, one guy did apologize and said he'll give me a free drink but I didn't want anything else from there after that. I told them to be careful with what they're serving. Ugh, definitely won't be going back to this location.
