I’ve been here several times however tonight was a shocker!! Went it about 9pm walked into a full line , all tables were empty looked around to find a clean table to sit my daughters at not a single clean area, trash cans overflowing, food crumbs all over the floors. Get my baby wipes and wipe down my table as I was told we’ll do it right now by girl at register , she did 10 min later ok I’ll take it, note she only cleaned my table left all others dirty. Finally our turn to order they were all out of beans , chips , salsa etc . When asking the workers in the serving area if they had more of an item they were rude and laughed it off get to the register pay and head to our table . Go back to get utensils all forks and napkins gone go back to register same girl she says I’ll do it right now, I’m standing there waiting our food getting cold, my husband tells her do you guys have forks she again replied I’ll get them right now with an attitude, she finally comes by walks right past me grabs two chairs to block out the restrooms , we tell her again and she just looks at us and walks to the trash can with her bare hands pushes the trash down into the can then gets the boa ox utensils from under the counter, she proceeds to open the box and begins putting out forks , I ask her to let me get my own forks out of the container as my hands are clean and she just had her hands in the trash and that’s completely unsanitary she backs off and lets me get my forks . Walks away not even a minute later comes back with gloves and continues to put out forks . Doesn’t even toss what she had already put out, left we a bad experience. Very unsanitary. Won’t be coming back to this location.

That corn salsa is YUMMMY!!They need a greeter to float between diners and to go pick ups. Seemed a little short staffed. Running out of cooked rice? That's a pretty basic thing to be getting wrong. Probably a fluke. Still recommend.Parking: Pretty tight for larger vehicles, and a pain getting in and out because of all the traffic. Better to park and walk a little bit.

I used to love coming here because it's right by my job but the service here is horrible now. It's is 12:55pm on 12/11, the cashier was rude by far the most rude employee I have ever encountered. I went to pick up my online order and you have to wait for the cashier to go to the back to grab it and she refused to grab my order, instead would ignore me and just help the customers there. Usually employee will finish the payment with the customer ordering in the restaurant then grab the bag from the back since they are right by the door. She did not. She helped a total of 5 customers and would not grab my bag in between the gaps she had. Finally another employee came and she grabbed my food and I had my hand out to receive the bag and she just did a little toss onto the counter and walks away. I would now rather drive to a different location then going to this one.I thought it was just me but there was an older man who wanted Coca Cola and asked the cashier if they had coke and she looks at him with an annoyed look and says no. Apparently they didn't have coke or Diet Coke. So instead of looking annoyed how about tell the customer that you are out before making that sell. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years so I know it can be a lot but when someone is being kind to you, why belittle people.I also got to work and there was sour cream outside of the burrito wrapper and all over the bowl below it. It didn't leak from inside the wrapper so it just shows how messy this place is on top of the rude customer service.

Kinda had it with this location. It's been good historically but now it's always 30 minutes in line on a weekday evening. And today, all that wait to find out there s no white rice. Huh? Just no...gonna go somewhere else. The workers here are nice but the leadership must suck.

I'd give a higher score if the employees were nice or heloful. They make fun of ppl who r different, walk differently, etc. That's disability discrimination. Everytime I've been there they've made fun of me. I tend to walk different and need a small cart to maintain my balance and they always make degrading comments including thinking I'm homeless bc of my walker(cart). I've said something to corporate but obviously they didn't do anything bc it keeps happening. It's unprofessional and ilegal but they don't stop there. They make degrading comments about overweight ppl too. I've heard them.The foid is great most of the time but it doesn't make up for staff's treatment. There isn't a place for disabled to sit. The chairs r hard wo much support and assistance devices block the walkway bc they have narrow walkways.Whoever owns it doesn't care about meeting the disabled accessible standard at all.The food is good most of the time but the rice is overcooked or dry at times. Staff do try to short you but as long as you as for more (like salsa) you'll be ok.Manager tends to be rude so don't go to her just call corporate
