if i could give it zero stars i would, the girls there were so unwelcoming and their customer service was not good at all, they kept starring at us from the moment we walked in. There was only another set of people in there and our order took forever to come out, my matcha was also clumpy. the food is nothing like it's advertised on social media so don't even waste your time coming here bc it's not good and overpriced. to add on to this, the other lady in there asked to order something and she was completely ignored, pls don't waste your time here!

Food is simple and over priced. Employees lack basic communicating skills. Smells like cleaning products mixed with ice cream, not a pleasant odor. They talk amongst themselves and don't acknowledge their customers well. Take your business elsewhere.

So I am giving this place 3 stars because when I went they seemed like they didn't have anything. I asked about 4-5 different menu items and was told they don't currently have them. The excuse was that it was a busy weekend and they ran out of everything. I finally was able to select a menu item they did have and then was told the toppings and I wanted were not in stock. The girl behind the counter was also on the phone when I arrived and left to the back to finish her conversation. Pretty rude to do to a customer in my opinion. I'm willing to give this place another try and update my review but I don't know if I will be going anytime soon.

Churros and ice cream are amazing but when it comes to customer service it's the worst ever..... no greeting or welcoming at all and girl just starring at us like hurry what are you getting.... Looks like she's forced to be here serving....For being our second time she made it seem like we were expected to know the menu and what to order with no type of help, or recommendations.....our order was just placed on counter like we suppose to know it was ours

The mini pancakes were super delicious. I paid $10 for 15 mini pancakes and 3 toppings. Giving it a 3 star because the place literally has nowhere to sit. It's just a small lobby area to place and order and wait. Secondly, it was my first time visiting and as soon as I walk in the store.. not even exaggerating the girl working cashier goes "do you guys know what you want?" In my head I was like bruh I just walked in lol

The service was horrible. The employees were very passive aggressive and they took forever to get our order done. It was also very unsanitary there was open trash everywhere and crumbs on counters getting on the orders going out. There were 5 employees and only 1 was doing almost everything and she wasn't very good at it either. The others were just in the back not helping. They also had nothing available that was on the menu. They also apparently make the boba pearls and the corn in the same pot cause they don't offer them both at the same time.

This place is so disgusting, everything was all over the place, crumbs and melted ice cream just sitting there. Not once did they bother to clean up as they go. They forgot about my milkshake until I reminded them, I do not recommend this place at all. There were about 5 people working there and only one person was making the orders.

I used to visit this place back in the day before when they were a pop up, and at the new place. I came to visit again, and what a shame! Worst customer service, I have had. 3 girls must be family owned because of the way their girls were speaking. Oh man, I'm reminded of my sister's and I arguing back in the days. We placed our order and made a mistake, and then the girl who was making the order was upset with me when her co-worker made the mistake. No apologies, not at one time. The girl that was going to correct the mistake went on to pop open a straw and drank the drink before even correcting my order. I just asked for a refund and left. I hope for this business that they are correcting these issues of customer service. Especially with social media these days.

I visited Dolce Cravings and I usually get there mini pancakes here. Mini pancakes are ok. But this time around I decided to try their crepes. Their crepes were bad. First off they had burned my crepe to the point where I couldn't cut through it. In order to cover up them burning my crepe they overload it with nutella and lechera. It was the worst crepe I had. I thought their whole menu of snacks would be good but I wouldn't recommend the crepe at all. Not to mention they don't even have everything available on their menu after a certain hour. You guys close at 10pm not 9:30pm. The full menu should be available anytime before 10pm.

This place was so disappointing the instagram photos compared vs you really get are nothing alike. Super over priced for my order to come out the way it did lol looked like they threw everything on top and shook the box lol presentation was super ugly and the lady forgot to add lechera to my pancakes which were super dry. I drove 40 mins away for this to be a waste of time so not worth it never again definitely sticking to street vendors who never disappoint and appearance and flavor never miss!
