I am done with this joint. I love the food if you could ever get it. The service sucks. The parking lot is a mess but my main gripe is tonight is I wanted the $20 family feast and forgot my coupon. She said I could order the $29 meal instead. I asked if she had a coupon behind the counter she could scan and she said NO! I asked for the manager and he was busy. I said "forget it" and "clean up your parking lot". The sad thing I was there at dinner time and no one was in the drive thru and only one other person with me inside. I drove over to KFC and didnt have a coupon but got a senior discount. I am not a grouchy senior but a little bit of courtesy goes a long way.

Have to update my review because this location has changed for the worst, we ordered two pollo bowls and leg and thigh meal the rice was extreamly crunchy, the chicken literally black and hard like a piece of charcoal the edible parts didn’t taste fresh at all, the breast and wing meal; ENTIRE breast was gone other than a little bit of chicken, what’s worse is that it seems like they’re faking some of the reviews on here, it’s HORRIBLE inedible and the staff doesn’t care, and the audacity for them to put up fake reviews here that literally word for word say the same thing, absolutely not!

Decided to walk to this location from Walmart while my car gets serviced should have ran off to carls or mc Donald's. First things first. Since when does pollo loco not carry lemons ? Who in the flying fuck doesn't eat their chicken with lemon. Walked into this location with the staff arguing. Put an order in no mixed chicken just leg and thighs. Not gonna lie, payed 24 bucks plus tax to why looked like a kids menu leg and thighs chicken that would have Probable would have been cheaper, and the tortillas hard as shit thought they gave me a mother fucking frisbee with my family kids meal, to top it all off when asking for lemons dude at the register said they don't carry them. Definitely not coming back anymore.
