Trash spot. Drove here to make it on time. Made it 15 min before closing and they are closed already. You guys need better employees that actually honor your store hours instead of wasting customers times. I would fire my employees for that. Just saying.

absolutely the worst tasting flame broiler I’ve ever had. The rice was weird tasting, overcooked, and squiggly looking for some reason?? And the chicken had so much extra skin and fat on it. Disgusting food, inedible. I would never eat at this location again. I honestly threw it out it was that bad. I’ve never experienced food this bad at flame broiler ever lol. 0/10

Poor service. It's a Saturday night. I drive up at 8:50pm doors were locked and employees when behind kitchen door. I went next door to Jersey Mike's there doors were open. I placed my order and was on my way out before 9pm. I will never return to this establishment.

3rd time here. Each time, no smile, no hello, no goodbye, nothing. Cashier and cook look annoyed and bothered. Chicken is always good, but tried the angus RIB? Rubbery and had too much sauce on them. A better attitude and smile can make a whole lot of difference. Will look for another Flame Broiler.

THE SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING!!! Denise was here today at the front counter and she was very attentive and friendly. The last few times my husband and I have come here it was a different lady who was just as friendly and attentive as Denise. I wish I knew the cooks name because he has never let us down with the delicious bowls! I love how this flame broiler is , very clean, everything is organized. My husband and I used to own a flame broiler so we know how it is and this one is amazing! Thank you !! Kudos to the cook!!! He's always working hard!

Ii been coming here for some time now and for a while ii seen the cook there he really hustles when need to and dosent mind having to freshly start something went tonight right before it closed the girl there didn't mind us coming in or got in a mood for coming 10min before closing greeted us and all food didn't take long the good chief was in

Geez what bunch of slobs they have working here. The big girl at the counter by the name of CESTE was smelling like hotdog water and serving attitude. If you don’t like your job just leave. Management needs to look into their employees because interactions like this will affect business.
Found a small curly black hair in our chicken bowl from this location. Shows little about their cleanliness and professionalism while preparing people's food.

I have always had good service at any Flame Broiler I have been to, except today! The service was very SLOW and they didn't get the order correct. Of course I didn't find that out until after i arrived home. very disapointed.
