Bought a chicken teriyaki bowl for lunch since I skipped breakfast. At first I thought it was good but after closely looking I realized the brocolli was old and not good. All the brocolli florets were brown even on the inside. I thought it was just the outside layer but No. I ate a couple pieces only before I threw the whole thing away. A couple hours later my stomach was hurting like food poisoning. Never again buying from here.

This Jack n the box is selling stale food I saw the manager refry French fries whatever you do here don't go. My eggs rolls never taste fresh!

Poor service ! Rude drive through service! Drive through worker made a simple mistake and instead of apologizing and being nice she was rude for no reason
I placed an order and was suppose to get 2free tacos, the worker here didn't nicked them and charged me I also called because my tacos tasted stale.When I called to report this guy whom answers the phone never wants to give his name, this is weird I have reported this issue to Jack in the box corporation. Only they do not do any to correct this behavior of unprofessionalism.

Got Jumbo Jack's, frys and chicken nuggets. They have great nuggets, but are downsized from 10 to 8 for more money. Frys are okay. Jumbo jacks were dry like there was no mayo or catsup on them, but the price went up.
