I'm from Turkey. I went to Jack in the Box in Downey for the first time. When I told the cashier that it was my first time, he was very helpful. When I asked which sauce he recommended, he gave me a lot of sauces. The staff was friendly and helpful, it was delicious.

Food was fresher than most Jack in the box, restaurant lobby and decor very nice . Don't like that they block off restroom entrance with trash cabinets and and customers have to move them to enter restroom.

Horrible, just a horrible experience. I was the only customer waiting to order. I waited and waited and waited. The employees were looking at me, but nobody seemed like they wanted to help.Finally, someone came to take my order. I live two minutes away from this location. When I got home, the cheeseburger was barely warm. It wasn't recently cooked. Most likely, it was under the heat lamp for a while.I waited patiently to place my order, I was very hungry, so I was ready to enjoy my hamburger combo. I took a couple of bites and threw it away. I didn't want to go back to return it because, based on my experience, when I placed my order, I had a bad feeling that I was going to go through the same bad experience once again.I deeply regret going to this location. My dinner got ruined.It was a waste of time and money. Next time I rather take a longer drive and go to In&out.At least I know that my cheeseburger will be fresh.If I could give this place a "zero," I would gladly give it a big "zero." I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

I used the drive through to buy 2 chicken sandwiches "the kluck", when I got home and gave 2 bites to realized the chcken was old, hard, falling apart,and dry!, I could not eat that garbage!. How can they do that!?, (I tried that sandwich somewhere else and it was fresh, juicy and deliciios.) I never go there again.

I was really craving curly fries and they were hot and amazing. I had a $5 coupon on my mobile app! Got a munchie meal with tacos, curly fries, ranch with my Cluck sandwich. Super buttery bun, good good sauce, pickles, and that Ravine Rush Coca-Cola is amazing. It’s like a super syrup glass Coca-Cola that is sweeter. I love their creamy ranch. It was easy to pick up my order in the drive thru!
They have a $6.00 bag meal - Taco, Jumbo Jack Jr, Curly fries and Small Drink- Excellent Choice and Delish and FillingParking: Lots of space to park Cars, Big Rigs, Anything
My last two visits were amazing. Drive-Thru is always on point. Got a custom munchie meal. Chicken was crispy, soft buttery bun, refreshing coca-cola, amazing curly fries, love their tacos. The Creamaccino is so amazing. I can't wait to try the other two flavors! I got the mocha one and it had a good amount chocolate to coffee ratio. Just beware of the small parking lot!

This location is trash! The manager ( a young hispanic guy) is an a**hole and is completely incompetent. I swear customer service is not like it used to be. These young kids working fast food just don't gaf. No wonder no one is ever at this location. They forgot to put half of my order in my bag and when i come back to get what they forgot to give me, they don't want to make me fresh food. Mind you , i went all the way home and had to come all the way back. The manager didn't care and told me nothing is wrong with the burger so we can't remake that, but we can give you fries. Like mf my food is cold because you didn't put all my food in my bag bin the first place!! The least you could do is make me fresh food for wasting my time and gas! The manager did not rerun my money for the meal since i asked for my money back and gave him the food back. He didn't even know how to get my money back to me. How are people like that being hired? i will be putting in a formal complaint. I will not be returning to this location.

I reaLLy lOve the service and the fact I can charge up my phone and Its not hurting for outlets . I mean the outlets and the USB plugins to charge are useful af and they didnt trip on me sitting and charging my phone . I ordered food and the service was quick and friendly . Thanks Jack in the box!! The internet service is pretty decent as well.
