If I could rate this location 0 stars if I could. They are completely unorganized and extremely rude! I was helped by Joseline who didn't seem to want to be at work & she had a terrible attitude as she informed me that they were out of EVERYTHING except for 3 fruits. This was all after I arrived to pick up my mobile order...so this was a complete waste of time, gas & money ...a smoothie shop with no smoothies and my refund will take 5 days? Never again!

I tried pre-order online. They had nothing I wanted, so I made a decision. I ordered online and drove far. They didnt have the products I ordered. But luckily they gave me something different, not near same taste. And then I wanted to use the restroom and it was for employeee only. No shots available either and that is what I went to Hamba juice for, So I just drove to the vons near. I can say they were nice and had patience with me.

Came in before closing and refused to provide service, drove for half an hour because it’s the only one open and 5 seconds after opening the door they declined service, horrible experience. If the don’t want to sell late then close earlier and don’t have customers thinking they can come for service.

The Açaí bowls were good but it doesn’t make up for the uncomfortable experience I had with the employee working today , round built , short , green eyes with glasses, such a rude individual 0 customer service she looked so bothered by the fact I didn’t pronounce Açaí bowl correctly and when I ask about the different types of bowls she provided 0 feee back. She clearly hates her job .

During holiday season, buying some gift cards, the employee with round built, and eyeglasses, anything but sweet; she was exhibiting sour expression, all through out the process; what a contrast to what is being sold.

If I can do 0 stars I would. The manager there has a horrible attitude. Any questions I had she would answer them with uninteresting responses. I don't expect to get the most positive feedback but for a manager? Its not a welcoming experience but the young man there I believe his name was John made the experience a little more comfortable. He said very little to me but he genuinely made me feel welcomed. She didn't even fill my smoothie all the way. I come often & every time I come I have a great experience but it's been more than once where I just have a bad experience with the manager.

This is one of the better Jamba's I've gone to. The smoothies are tasty and they fill the cup up all the way to the brim. Leslie was very friendly welcoming us in and got everything taken care of for us. We will be back!

They used to have amazing service and great food. Now, they only have great food. If you go in the evening the workers don't want to serve food to the drive thru. So, they tell you that the wait is 25 minutes to change your mind. If you don't change your mind they make you wait, while the workers prepare your drink angrily. Also, they always get the drink order wrong and get mad when you tell them. I don't understand why it takes this long at this location and why they can't get an order correct. They make you wait about seven minutes before ordering only to tell you they can't make food. It's simply the worst.
