I usually don’t post fast food reviews (because why?) but I just HAD to applaud KFC management for crafting such well-mannered workers! Specifically a shout-out to the worker Marcos! My husband and I try to encourage our kids to have confidence and order for themselves, my child (8) was so nervous. We went at a busy time and you could tell the management was stressed. However, Marcos greeted her with a happy energy and enthusiasm that she felt so confident after ordering. He also told her that he liked her pink shoes and that his girlfriend loved pink too! (Which made her feel so cool)! Great Job KFC!

Bought a three piece meal with a drink. Had kids in car didn’t check order… with a huge box but only two thighs… ? didn’t have time to go back… more gas money miss / miss…

Stopped here few days ago for some lunch and endured into some KFC Chicken Sandwiches and french fries with a drink. I have to say they french fries are Fire. They are freaking good. Chicken sandwich was ok. Maybe should have asked for more sauces.

It’s saddens me to leave a review at kfc because I love kfc. I’ve come 3 different days here 5pm,6pm and 7pm. All 3 times the claim they did not have original chicken. It’s not productive to have a business where you do not have any product. I would say call before coming but they never answer their phone. Do not recommend, save the trip and time and go elsewhere.

Great deals! Not like the one in Norwalk that the owner charges for everything he can. (ALL OF THE SAUCES ) Even the plastic utensils. So came here the chicken is way better. Norwalk (Imperial/Studebake) owner has no clue how to run his KFC.

I hardly ever right reviews but they probably have the worst costumer service I ever came across from. Makes me not want to order from here again. You are probably better off going to any other place then here. Foods never ready and the employees are so rude.

New BBQ sandwich is delicious almost too big to bite, side of Mac n cheese creamy and hot. $20 box is a great value - 4 pcs of chicken, 22 nuggets, fries, and 4 sauces. Can be regular extra crispy. Food was hot and tasty. Drive thru service is excellent- 2 different days and still great friendly service. Sorry ate before I could take a pic!

This afternoon, I ordered online with various breasts and 2 pot pies little did I know they didn't have any of the former. I was thinking of cancelling my order until my mom came because I couldn't make up my mind whether to wait or something else to get. Now I know why, people negatively rate this place :(

I don't recommend going to this location my friend found a piece of plastic in one of the chicken sandwiches and the workers refused to apologize I hope the workers will lose their job and not apologize for their actions

Went today at 3:50 PM ordered 2 coleslaw 1 large mashed potatoes with gravy And 2 biscuits how can you mess up that simple order but they did no gravy with the mashed potatoes the 2 teenagers did not give us a receipt and made us park in front of the drive-through window because they were behind on orders One of them just verified verbally with us and was confirming we ordered 2 mashed potatoes and coleslaw I said no and repeated my order again.????
