Customer service is unacceptable with wrong order was served.The food is good. The lane at drive thru is extremely long. They decided to CLOSED the other drive thru lane. Why?

Service was not quality. Fries were forgotten and even though asked for burger without onions onions were in burger. ?
Well first of all some of the workers here need an attitude adjustment because they think they own the place and are rude to customers. They need to greet customers with a smile and be polite, but how can they when they are still wearing face masks to hide behind. There are several workers that never take it off. Sometimes the eating area smells because they don't clean often especially after a lot of people have eaten there. Sometimes the trash cans are overflowing and no one empties them. Also the food is sometimes burned like the breakfast sandwiches and they give you tiny pieces of bacon instead of full strips. Also why do they charge more than other McDonald's in the same city??

I was 5 minutes early for lunch (I only needed fries which other locations have done before) and not only were the The workers are unprofessional and rude, they also made me go all the way through the drive through which was a 15 minute wait and by the time I got out it was lunch time anyways.

What can I say?.... It's a fast food joint. If you have a positive mind in general, your experience will be satisfactory. If you go with a judgment approach in your attitude? Your setting yourself up for disappointment every time. Other than that, enjoy!Parking: It has plenty of parking. You know those days when you have a dentist appointment, and you have to have a quick bite right before your appointment. Because you won’t be able to chew in 3 or 4 hrs. Well, today was one of those days. I had to stop at McDonald’s for a burger because I was starving, and needed to eat something in a hurry. I’ve never been to this McDonald’s, and I’m never coming back. I decided to go through the drive thru, and after I placed my order, I drove forward to pay. The guy at the window repeated my order (no greeting) and took payment. Since he just took my payment and closed the window, I assumed there was a second window where I was supposed to pick up my food; and I drove forward. Well, there was no second window (I know, kind of funny), but how was I supposed to know. I went around again, and since there was no cars, I was able to get back to the drive thru. There was another girl at the window with my food. She opened the window, I was about to say something to the effect of sorry I missed the part where there was only one window. I’m kind of laughing at myself. But this girl looked like she was in a hurry, she handed me my food and closed the window (again no a peep from her either) I checked my bag, no ketchup, so I called her (more like waved at her) she gives me ketchup. So customer service is bad, they shouldn’t even get a star. I get to the lot where I have my dentist appointment. I’m ready to enjoy my burger. I open the box and there’s a long hair right on top of my burger. I’m doubting myself, thinking can it be mine. Hmm this hair is wavy, I have straight hair; and it’s currently on a bun. So it can’t be mine, I open the sandwich and there’s another long hair there. I’m more disappointed than angry at this point because I’m hungry. I ate a couple of fries (surprisingly they’re still hot and tasted good) and I trashed the burger. I wanted to call the restaurant, but I just didn’t want to deal with it.

There was a strand of hair in my egg. In it ! This was about a year ago. Just wanted to say here it was terrible customer service. Mcdonalds Staff didn't offer to make up for the disgust. Not even an apology, like it was normal. Or I was asking for too much when I asked for a sanitary meal. I wish I had a photo
