The lady on 2/12/2024 @ about 12 p.m. told me I couldn't get icing on a chocolate chip cookie also known as specialy cookie. That I have got all my life!! So mad because I drove all the way over here just for that! Do better Mrs. Fields.

I ordered a tin of cookies from the Englewood NJ Mrs fields for delivery the same day. I received a call saying they use Door Dash for delivery and they said they could not deliver that day. They asked me to cancel the order and order again for the following day. I told them there is no way to cancel the order. They then said they would cancel it. I understood why it could not be delivered as the weather was terrible. I ordered the same cookie tin for delivery the next day at noon. At around 2pm it still had not arrived so I called. I was told Door dash cancelled again. They could not understand why nor could I. They told me to call Door Dash. I said I have nothing to do with them as you hired them and told them to call. Then they offered to have me pick the cookies up to which I said no. They said they would call door dash and call me back. Of course they never called.

Complete disappointment and failure by sales associate. We have used Mrs. Fields for the last five years as our holiday business gift provider. Never any issues at all. However, this year was a disaster. I contacted the company on December 4th to place our order. It took one day for a sales rep to contact me. I promptly provided the order in spreadsheet format (approximately 70 clients). Requested shipping date was December 8th. On December 7th, sales rep sends me an email stating that the order is in processing. On Monday December 11th, I followed up on the order. Sales rep responds and states that she is following up on our order (keep in mind the original shipping date was supposed to be December 8th). Three days go by and nothing from the sales rep. I contacted her again on December 11th regarding the status of the order. She indicated that she was "putting a rush on the order" and it would be shipped today. I did not receive any additional correspondence from her. Finally, after reaching my fill of the sheer incompetence I notified her on December 12th that we were seeking another provider. I never received a response for her. We will not be using Mrs. Fields going forward. They are completely unreliable.

Never use this copy!! It was such a disappointment. The order was never delivered at all, much less on time.Needless to say, my young grandsons were very sad & disappointed on their Birthdays.

Placed an order for delivery before Thanksgiving (paid extra for expedited shipping!). Tracked the shipment. Did not make committed delivery date. Mrs. Fields Customer Service rep said they would send it out, for delivery the day after Thanksgiving (which kind of defeated the whole purpose of the gift). Checked on it that date. Still had not shipped. Order finally delivered a week after the original committed delivery date. For Christmas, in the past, I have always sent out baskets to corporate clients. I should have known better, after the Thanksgiving fiasco. Placed a $1000 worth of orders for clients, with $40 expedited shipping added to each order to deliver by today. (Orders placed 5 days ago). Two of the large orders haven't even shipped yet (so there's no way they will meet the committed delivery date of today), and my biggest order ($450!) they sent out as a partial order to my client ... so in other words, my client will receive one of what should have been 3 extra large baskets - separately from the rest of the order. (Making me look like a cheapskate that I sent only 1 basket / and the company will not be able to enjoy the cookies together as one gift). Horrible customer service. This will definitely be my LAST attempt at using Mrs. Fields for corporate clients, ever again! I'm done with this company!

WARNING they apply a supply chain 10% tax to your food purchase. That’s a sneaky way to apply a tax to food. Shame on Mrs fields. Nibble size cookie cost me almost $1.00 each. Skip Mrs. Fields and get a pretzel instead down they ways.

They open at 11 am yet don’t have any cookies ready. Maybe they should have their employees start baking a bit earlier. It’s 11:45 am and no products available yet for purchase lol. Kinda silly.

I was sent a cookie cake as a gift. When I opened the box the cookie was all smashed and shoved up against one side of the pan. I emailed and told them what happened and I was offered a replacement or they could refund the sender.My replacement came and this cookie cake was in worse shape than the first one.I contacted the company again and said that I didn't want to go through this again and just to send a refund to the sender. I was told that since I asked for a replacement and it was sent they can no longer refund the sender. So, I asked if I was just stuck with a smashed cookie and my gift giver out a lot of money and was told basically yes!I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he wasn't in and he would call me back, which of course he never did.

Do not order directly from this company. They rip you off with the delivery fee. I placed an order for 2-day delivery - they charged $19.99 for this. The order is coming a day later. The delivery fee for 3-day delivery was only $12.99. I called to try to get a partial refund for the difference in the delivery fee, but the manager Chase was extremely unhelpful and he refused to give me back the difference of $7. You would think that this company would want to keep their customers for future orders. My advice is to avoid getting ripped off by this company and shop elsewhere for gifts.

Me and my daughter went over to try and get some cookies but there was no one there. There was no closed sign or anything. I called for someone but no one came. Me and my daughter waited 10 minutes and still no one showed up so we left with no cookies and she was so excited for them! I am extremely disappointed because my daughter really wanted her cookies. It seems extremely unprofessional. The lights and everything were on and there were plenty of delicious cookies in the case with no one to serve them to us! Just disappointing!

I placed an order 12/18 with a delivery date of 12/23. I attempted to call 12/26 after the order had not been delivered. I received the order 12/27/22 after 1:00pm. I called to complain that this was so far after Christmas that the person to give it to had returned to their home. I requested a refund and was refused. I will NEVER deal with this company again!

Disappointed. I had placed an order on July 11th to be picked up on July 23rd at 2:00 pm. The order went through and I had thought everything would be going as planned. I arrived at 1:40 pm to pick up my order and the lady at the counter told me my order was not ready and they had not even started if. Mind you that I placed the order about 13 DAYS in advanced. The lady then began to gave me multiple excuses on why the order wasn't ready. "I haven't been here in two months so idk what's going on" and 2. "She sent us the list but I didn't see it." This was beyond frustrating because i had placed the order to avoid any problems the day of. I was then told I would not be receiving a refund that day because I had placed the order online. She stated the manager would process my refund and it should take 2-3 days. It has been past that timeframe and I had called to ask about my refund and was never called back and have not received a refund. This has been very annoying to deal with and I would recommend just going to the cerritos location.

Rudeass little b**** working here. Not even seen until a few minutes after waiting in the front, crawling out of the woodwork from the back. Didn't even apply the special until asked about it. If that l**** hates having a job, then don't work. Simple as that.
