Service was friendly and fast. I received an ample portion of food. This location looked sloppy. Trays, plates and containers were over stacked on back counter. Cups were also overloaded. I’m sure everything is needed to help serve the customer but this made it look messy and unkept. I might return to this location but not my first choice.

I was in there for one second and my favorite bike got stolen. I was not even 5 ft from it. But it's my fault I should have tried to bring it inside.

The food taste wrong, like there was something missing to the food and i asked for extra hot sauce the got an attitude and said "No! 2 per customer". Which i understand, i just didn't understand the attitude. I offered to pay for it but I got the same attitude again. I lifted it alone and went on my way with my nasty food that later i discovered it was. Im NOT ever coming to this location again.

My latest experience was unpleasant. Ordered the katsu BUT it looked extremely off. Pic attached. It grossed me out. Almost like my chicken had ticks . Hopefully it was rice, nonetheless it was unappealing.

Today at 5.30pm, I ordered the ribs plate, and requested instead of veggie side get more Mac, but at the end i received all plate with withe rice and small quantiry of mac, I claimed the inconvenient and the attendant said that i need to bring my plate in front of the counter to see and check and then ridiculously said "sorry you start already " i can't to give you the missing more macaroni... she is so stingy....
