Approaching to order I have a 3 year old very excited to eat and the employee was just frustrated and completely unhappy, like I made her life choices for her. My son is still all over the place while I’m ordering and she still asks while I’m trying to calm him down “what are your sides.” My plate contained rice and chow mein, orange chicken, and string beans. We waited for fresh food and once we got our food, the orange chicken was cold and the rice was hard. Besides that I found a hair in my egg roll, not on top inside. The hair was pretty long also. Very disappointed! Plus it was really dirty. Should’ve gotten chipotle.
It is not my favorite place to eat Chinese food but I must be honest the place is really clean and the food is good (not the best but it is edible)the prices are about right you don't get much food like any other Chinese restaurants like the WOK at Lakewood and Stewart &Gray but in general if there is not other options available the restaurant is ok

noticed random people were leaving this location at 740; a guy walked away from the door as we were walking towards the door saying its closed. When we decided to double check because we noticed online hours to 8pm, they hesitated to let us in you could see she was unpleased at us choosing to see our options, which were rice and orange chicken. The server and person who opened the door for us and the cashier were all displayed no customer service skills.

This is the worst Panda Express I've ever gone to, the serving size gets smaller each visit. This time I got the big plate with 2 entrees with one entree being the orange chicken and they literally gave me 4 pieces of orange chicken, there was a 5th piece but it was so small it can't be counted. If you actually want to get your money's worth go to another location.

Very rude customer service. I try to walk in to the store on the side door expecting it to be open like every other business but it is locked in the middle of the day for zero reason. A female employee opens the door then proceeds to yell at me as if I shouldve known the door is closed randomly in the middle of the day. The spot to pick up food deliveries is also in a very awkward spot and disorganized compared to other businesss i have been too. Dont go here if you are a delivery driver, they are unprofessional.
Certainly not welcoming. The female workers didn't want to work there or serve customers, which wasn't an issue until they were stingy with the food. This one is definitely not my 1st choice but I was in the area & it was late. I only come once every 2 or 3 years cause of it. Food tasted better than usual this time though.

Boycott this branch! Would never ever step foot in this location ever, very stingy with their portions. Ordered a bowl and all they put in a bowl were 5 pcs string beans and 4 small pcs of chicken with a lot lot of fried rice. Lol don't waste your time here, go elsewhere

We went today to get some food and and the manager CINDY she gives us a bad attitude and aggressive respond went we order the food we understand people have a bad day or stresing days but you don't release that to a Customers i believe she need to be more trained to handle the stress at work went is busy days
