This place is a disaster. Terrible at everything starting with management. Their GM owes $3100 to my business and refuses to pay. Overall terrible establishment.

We love this place! The service is always quick and they are always so kind. Their hoagies are delicious. Soft fresh bread and the cold cuts are sliced thin and piled high.

This was an outstanding meal. The bread was delicious. Every component of the chicken cheesesteak was delicious. The service was great. Whoever was working at the counter was very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that the subs are only 9 inches. They should make a 12 inch or 15 inch option, but still I'll give five stars.

Every time I eat here the service is spectacular! The staff is very friendly and always helping me make sure I get what I want. They always make sure my order is right! The energy here is very welcoming. And besides the food OMG the Philly cheesesteaks is delicious! Cheesy with lots of steak and the bread fresh. Recommend coming here every time.

Everything is made to order. I tend to like mushrooms, grilled peppers and onions in my cheese steak. Try their Philly's Best Sandwich if you're down to try that combination.

I lived in Philadelphia. this is an OK sandwich it was more expensive than I expected this did not remind me of Philadelphia.

I love this spot Sandwiches are good. However, I've noticed they use the same gloves to handle everything for example, opening boxes, moving the trash cans and then going back to cook your food. They need to retrain everyone how to change their gloves as they handle food and cash out their customers. To have proper food etiquettes.

So far, this is the most authentic and cultured Philly spot in LA. That cheesesteak I chose is Philly's Best and it was amazing. I wish I had the pepper cheesesteak because I want more bell peppers and cheese. But, other than that... Awesome experience.

Look ima huge Philly steak fan!! I had never been here. Maybe I expected too much of this place. Well upon walking in I noticed it was dirty in here. Maybe cause it was torward the end of the afternoon. There's marker written signs up Like a little kid wrote them. But let's get to the worse part of this trip. I asked for a cheese steak with mushrooms and I could tell the mushrooms were from a can. The soda machine had no carbonation at all. I told them it wasent working and the 2 employees looked at each other like the news I had told them was nothing new. So she offers me a soda in a bottle from the fridge but charges me. That's not making it better. Small sandwhiches and the restroom door doesn't lock. Someone walked in on me. Whatever never again this place

As a South Philly resident for over 5 years in the past, I still find it hard to locate a decent cheese steak shop anywhere West of Philadelphia. Many years ago....Philly's Best came in as an OK....almost decent cheese steak shop. Sadly...the quality keeps declining. My first impression of this location, after dealing with finding parking and all, was that it smelled really, really funky inside. I don't know what it was, but after a few minutes, my wife had to go wait outside because she couldn't handle it anymore. The layout is similar to the other locations, menu is on the right wall with pictures, counter to the left, soda machines to the left of that, then the condiments and utensil counter, framed by the other wall that has pictures of Philly landmarks and maybe a few sports memorabilia items, and tables in the middle. Thankfully, the cashiers and staff aren't as rude as some of the staff at the South Philly restaurants, otherwise it could get ugly, lol. The staff is very friendly, so it's not as intimidating as the service given on the East coast. I would recommend to avoid the condiment station, as the peppers and such were pretty exposed and uncovered...and there were gnats/flies. This and the smell of the place is what drops the rating down. Foodwise, we ordered a single Wiz Wit - Steak with grilled onions and cheese wiz. While a lot of people balk at the idea of cheese wiz...it pairs perfectly with the steak and grilled onions, try a bite! I would say I'd come back...or maybe to another location.....but they do need to clean this store and do something about the smell.

Standards aren't the best but this isn't the easiest place to verify your order once received. The cashier even asked if I wanted onions and I said no. They still have me a sandwich that was about half onion by volume. Probably not coming back now that the trust is gone
