The ladies that work in the front and charge you are rude as f , rolled their eyes at me. The food is good but expensive as f $15.00 a plate and then they skimp u out on the noodles. Then the other girl that puts the sauce on the noodles doesn't speak english & when i told her what i asked of her in spanish she gave me a rude look. F**ck the people that work here. so RUDE!!! Need better people working there.

this is my 3rd time here over the past 2 years. by far, the worst visit ever. we have the cooks blasting offensive music from the kitchen to the point that you can’t hear the cashiers. they’re a piece of work, those two. rude and dismissive. they conveniently forget how to speak english if we inconvenience them with basics like additional napkins, additional garlic oil, etc. i don’t know how they stay in business. eat at leo’s tacos or sbarro’s. or anywhere else. take it from the patrons reviewing this place. there’s a reason for the low ratings. use your money wisely. i’ll never spend another penny here.

Terrible service, got there after 11am and the cashier kept rudely saying they would open at 11 (which it was past) I left came back to read the menu. The woman was rude saying they werent open and called me señora in a rude way. I told her not to call me that and left. While leaving she was laughing with her coworker and later pulled her phone out to try to take pictures or video. Theres no corporate number to call and complain and i have a feeling her managers are just as rude. Dont buy from here unless you want to be video'd after a bad experience. Zero stars if there was an option

The actual cooks are great but the younger girl working has horrible people skills. Very rude and a bad attitude. I've never been so I wasn't sure how it worked asked her what some of the sauces were she said "you want them or not" then complained about the way I loaded the plate all while rolling her eyes and making remarks!

Staff is rude , stingy with the noodles they literally stare you down when adding the meat to your plate , the forks are super cheap the only decent staff is the cook.
First time ever I even had the thought to check the reviews of a restaurant because this was such a bad first impression lol. Sure I was comparing it to another Mongolian bbq but you're actually getting ripped off by spending here because they do not let you get as much food for what you're spending. Rude cashier too and cooking with mainly water is pretty cheap, u can tell in the flavor. So yea pretty mid and they don't even give you a full bowl of noodles, you have to either sacrifice getting toppings or noodles. Check out the roach too.

I made an order and we asked the cashier for extra napkins, she said she couldn't, that they didnt have any extras to give out, so we asked the other cashier and she told me that she couldn't because the owner only It allowed them to give the only ones that give with the fork, (witch are only two really small napkins). I told her that that was wrong, and she said she only have that ones with the fork, then I told her then just give me another fork with napkins .My question is : really? This cashier from the beginning she could just take the napkins out of the forks and just hand it to us without making a big deal, A $20 plate is not really worth it for a coulple of extra napkins? Seriously what kind of cheap owner has this place? this place has the worst cashiers giving the worst costumer service. If I can give this place a 0 I would . I recommend everyone to not eat here . Definitely expensive. Cashier has no customer service super rude to customers . My wife and her had an altercation for a fork . And Extra fork . You're better off getting sansai , Philly cheesesteak, pizza, Mediterranean food anything besides that
