The service by Evelin is absolutely horrible, I hear her treating her co works so rude and she takes it back out on the customers , she got an order wrong and blamed in on a cook . The food was great but because of the service I'm never coming here again.

I was literally the only person ordering. Business seemed slow for them. However, the rest of the mall and food court eating area was full. I ordered the chicken teriyaki plate. Walked across the large seating area to meet my family who ordered something else and sat at the far end of the food court. I open my plate and started eating, no teriyaki in the teriyaki chicken. I now have to walk back to Sansei to get some. No big deal, people make mistakes. I get there and they say I need to bring back my whole order so they can pour what was supposed to be poured to start with, on the chicken. I tell them I left the food at my table and just pour me a little on the small Styrofoam cup that's literally on the counter in front of me. It wasn't like he couldn't remember me I'm the only customer at the moment and they're practically dead. I asked you're going to make me walk all the way across the seating area to get my plate and correct what you did wrong? They said they couldn't do it. I went, got my plate and they did it. I told them that wasn't what I expected of they make the mistake. He didn't care. Told him I wouldn't be back. Got back and my Orange was terrible too. It was mostly water. So no, probably will eat at any other place there but not this one again. I don't recommend it. Also, just saw the other reviews after I posted this and it's pretty consistent. THIS PLACE SUCKS!

I like chicken teriyaki well done, and they said that they can't, only on week days because there was people on line so service first, quality last and our food was so cold couldn't eat it.

The chef or so called chef had an attitude today the portions of chicken are usually very good here I don't know if he's new or what or maybe hates his job I don't know but I asked why so little chicken he said it's enough I said how much for extra he said $3 I ended basically paying $5 extra because it wasn't enough chicken you know what he did he gave me less than the first time some of it felt on the bar inside the teriyaki and back on the grill I was like hey this isn't enough he said that's the portion you get . Like really ?

Very unprofessional staff. the guy working the register does not know how to use it. I wanted a refund for sushi that was old he tried to do the refund but instead charged me again 30.00 dollars twice. He didn't know what he was doing and their is no one else to talk to. I would not recommend this restaurant. Now I'm out 60 dollars for crappy food I did not eat.

This place is NASTY.. avoid at all costs. Meat is not cooked correctly. Usually undercooked. Lots of better options in the food court.
The cooker was nasty and a liar. He likes to give customer what he wants. He thinks that we don't know what he give to us. Do not go to eat in that place U don't recommend it. I forgot the cashier is also nasty and s liar.

I use to go to this place a lot but I've not gone here in like a year I drove about 10 miles to go to this place and honestly there presentation and quality has gone down I was very disappointed in food quality and presentation.. and the main cook was rude when I asked about my order when I questioned about my order cause the cashier girl got my order wrong. I not sure if I'm coming back to this place after today 11/12/22.Chicken was very fatty, shrimp was undercooked and they gave a bunch of vegetables and a handful of noodles. Less then what I can remember.

Located in the food court at Stonewood mall. Ordered the teriyaki chicken, the meal was tastless and terribly presented. The chicken was flavorless, the lettuce on the salad had gone bad it looked brown and w darker spots on its leaves, the California rolls were not fresh. I complained and asked how he could serve such a salad but got no answer from the chef. Would never try again

This is my all time favorite restaurant in California.When I lived here I would come here JUST to eat the terriyaki and shrimp ace with extra sauce ? I moved to the i.e and had found a substitute. "Osaka Japan" but they closed so now I don't have a place...please make a place in the I.E or high desert.l.a is too overcrowded last time I came to this mall.my car got a door dent from someone smacking their door on mine.parking is insane.
