Went for a late dinner. Short staffed. Had a longer than average wait. Must be because all the other Subways in Downey are closing. Food was as expected.
I was charge additional as a tip when I got my food, this is unacceptable they automatically take tips without the customer consent. Too bad I thought I was going to be a regular customer and on my first visit I get ripped off.

Guys. It hurts me to leave you a bad review but I hope it helps you provide better customer service. I was on my lunch break thinking of what to eat. I decided I would come here and grab a wrap. As I'm ordering what I want on it the employee was placing the smallest amount of meat. Close to nothing. Please don't be surprised at these 1 star reviews when you don't even put enough meat on your sandwiches. You guys are doing this to yourselves. I paid 17.81 and I'm not even full. Come on guys. Wake up! Good Luck!

Haven't been at Subway for a looong time it's amazing how prices have gone up! $13 for a footlong sandwich only ?? Sorry guys but the last time I purchased it was less than $10 for the combo!

This is my 1st time going back to this Subway that's closest to my office since the pandemic other than to get cookies I ordered my usual cold cut combo on wheat. My sandwich maker Jacqueline was ok friendly enough. I asked her to put the condiments on my bread 1st little Mustard, extra Mayo, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, Cucumber and Black olives and I would have had pickles but they didn't have any. 3 chocolate chip cookies and a Coke 0 from the bottle because they're fountain drink machine is still not working. The inside was OK chairs and disarray. Once back at my office and I opened up my sandwich my bread was flaky I don't think it was wheat bread my sandwich was dry and tasted of mustard and hardly any Mayo. My cookies were good though.

Manager Domingo stood around doing inventory during lunch rush while 1 employee was making sandwich's for 3 guys. No wonder why this place has 2 stars. Lady was awesome( didn't catch her name) Domingo sucked. Do you not know how to multitask, or prioritize what's more important???Also most people have a 30 min lunch Domingo. Will not be returning to this location .
Love the sandwiches for a great price. Never disappointed.

Totally skimp on all veggies and sauce. Have come here once before and had the same experience but decided to give them another chance but never again after this. Going to take my money to another location

Placed an online order for a chicken sandwhich, ordered the most expensive chicken portion & got almost none. The chicken was extremely spaced out & didn't even feel it when taking a bite. Bummer

We use this subway all the time and have no problems. Most employees are not very friendly but that's okay. We decided to do curbside pickup which we had never done and we were completely disappointed. The sandwiches had hardly anything in them! The $12 sandwich that has avocado in the title didn't have avocado.

Young lady had a bad attitude throwing stuff around didn't have a name tag so I asked for her name so I can do survey asked was it on recipt she said yes it wasn't then ended up say no I'm a minor other employee said her name is Sophie r Sophia one of those
