I tried this place because it continued to pop-out on DoorDash app and I was interested in trying out tongue tacos with cabbage and onions and requested no cilantro. The meat had decent flavor but it wasn't tasty, they sprinkled (very light) the condiments and tacos still had very little cilantro, it didn't make a difference. Food was just average.

Ate there many times in the past year. My son originally had me try the Carne Asada burrito and it's so delicious I haven't thought about trying anything else on the menu. Ha ha.

I've had this place twice and both times they've forgotten an item from my order. At this point I'm just over this place. I order two mulitas and only received one. To top it off the mulitas look like garbage. Taste is okay wouldn't recommended this place at all.
The people that work at this place are really rude they pay me wait over 30 minutes for a small order had a horrible experience overall I do not recommend this place

This place has terrible customer service! So I just got done ordering from this place, my wife and I placed an order and the whole time the guy was snapping like very impatient. It’s not like we were taking forever or being picky. Also note it was busy at all. After I gave him the card I asked can I please have the drink as I wait? He snapped out and said uh when I get a chance then yeah. I said huh? It was a pre made tamarindo drink. I said yeah I just paid and have to wait for my food I’d appreciate if I could have my drink I just paid after all. He said you know what if I get a chance I’ll get you it. What? Are you serious? Let’s not forget my wife and I were nothing but cute outs as I always am. I was raised right and I’m a veteran so respect is in my nature. I will never come again. This run down place needs business I can guarantee you that and that’s how you return the favor or customers supporting your business. I do NOT recommend. Never again, I hope that wasn’t the manager or owner and I hope that they read this because I would be disappointed and ashamed if someone that worked for me spoke to customers like that. Shame on you. Tacos El Grullo Inc is off my list. Also, maybe you shouldn’t be grilling your meat outside on a grill just saying.

4th time eating here and it's just as good as the first time! We've tried their tacos, burritos, vampiro and papa asada (I think thats the name of it). All with asada or Al pastor. The staff is always very friendly, they work pretty fast. I love the salsa! Can't wait to try the tacos dorados and Chile relleno!
