Asked for a consume with no meat but got one with meat and got charged for it. Tortillas are too stiff, not able to completely chew. Their consume is flavorful and birria is alright, they also need better service.

Would not recommend coming to this teddys if you have a baby/toddler, food is good but unfortunately there high chairs are outdated and straps are broken so if you have a toddler I would not recommend dining in .

I just witnessed a little scrawny guy pick up a Pepsi cup off the floor and put it back after he dropped it on the floor. After I confronted him about it at the drive-through window... He just said "OK thank you." I didn't do anything at all I hope they change their practices after management reads this. Happened at 2:25pm on Sat 02/24/2024 If Management or the owners have cameras... You might want to review

I ordered a quesadilla no meat plate for $9.99 and they charged me for a deluxe combo w/cheese for $16.95 and when I brought it to their attention I got $5 back.

I just visited this location today 02/05/2024 6pm I ordered the burrito it was fire definitely would order again nice and fat. I also ordered the meat rice and beans combo. I felt like they got stingy on the meat not worth it at all I paid 14$ not worth the price!!! stick with the burrito fire!!!! for the same price!!!!
Teddy's has been one of the best birria spots around for years. I remember going to their location on the train tracks and they quickly popped off. Their Downey location is pretty small and does get crowded but it's worth the wait. The quesabirria tacos with a side of consomé are life changing. Definitely give it a try!

This is not accurate I went to buy food there because it says they close at 11 pm and I went at 10 30 they were close They should put online the right hours so people don't drive at 10 night to there and is close not Good bad starts for them!!!!

12/24/23 food is good but the guy taking the orders is rude doesn’t understand what we want. we ordered 4 tacos plain and 4 with everything and he doesn’t comprehend he is like how many tacos total? then he says all plain right? He then proceeds to tell us ima just give you all plain lol , this never happened before they’ve never had a problem taking orders by the person..and if you want crunchy taco ask for “tostada” not “dorado “says the guy

I would say the Mulita is the best and the rice. I ordered the quesadilla I didn't really care for too much. I recommend the Mulita and the rice.
