Went to visit family near by stopped by yogurt land, was greeted and felt welcome till I came across a young lady with burgundy hair coming off very rude and wasn't great on assisting. Other than that the place is clean and great. Work on customer service.

My recent experience I had at my local Yogurtland. My child and I asked for a sample cup to try the new vegan chocolate chip cookie dough. We went ahead and reached to scoop for the a cookie dough the associate working behind the counter stuck her hand out very rudely and said Sample cups are only for the yogurt. It made my child very uncomfortable thinking we were breaking a rule when clearly I am not going to purchase an item without knowing I would like this Vegan option. We always heard great reviews about Yogurtland and such, however when giving out sample cups they need to be more specific in implemented rules before handing out sample cups we were embarrassed. I wish the associate had a name tag so she can be trained properly on great customer service. Myself and my family will not be back.

We used to visit Yogurtland almost on a weekly basis. Loved their loyalty program. After the pandemic, the prices went way up and our loyalty program card didn't work anymore. So now we come from time to time. It's sad.

Walked into the store around 8pmon a thurs. Store was dirty the variety of yogurt weren't working there for there wasn't many options to choose from. The staff was moping while I was trying to get yogurt which I found to be rude. Last time I come to this location

They always run out of chocolate shell, 9 times out of 10, there's no chocolate shell & when I asked the employees they always reply that it just finished & it will take 30 to 45 minutes to get ready.
Zero stars! This location is closed. No signage indicating why or if they will even open today. We were all let down by this poor customer service.

I had an amazing experience this morning at yogurtland located in Downey. So amazing that it motivated me to leave a review, my amazing experience wouldn’t have been possible without Alexandro (front cashier) he was very helpful and genuine. Will definitely be coming back!

Clean store and friendly staff. THOUGH, my only complaint would be that how was ONLY TWO Yogurt cups $30?!!??!!! I was a bit taken back when given our total. That's what you pay for two actual whole meals! Not sure if that was the right price or if we got scammed or what but it was ridiculous. I don't think I've ever paid more than $20 for two yogurt cups. The price doesn't add up for me sorry. First time at this location and most definitely my last.
