This quaint Sushi restaurant in Duarte offers traditional sushi and Japanese dishes that are fresh and savory. The crew takes a healthy afternoon (siesta) break before resuming operations in the afternoon. There was one waiter, who held his own. Although an order was mixed up, he quickly remedied it. He was always smiling and thanking the customer, a major plus in service. Always a great local choice! The sushi chef always has the best recommendations. Fish is fresh, the beer is cold, and the miso soup warmed me up on this chilly December night. Enjoy!

I'm impressed. One sushi chef, one kitchen guy and one server is all they need. Decided to try this place on a whim and so happy I did after work one day. Tried the two roll special for $23.50 includes the two rolls and a miso soup. Great deal and guys the scorpion roll is the best thing you will ever put in your mouth. Highly recommend! Friendly service and very attentive. I had to unbutton my pants because I ate every morsel of my food including the yellowfin tartare!
