I recently visited 88 Bao Bao and enjoyed the red bean bun and the fried dumplings; both were flavorful and expertly prepared! The location offers easy parking, which is a huge plus in this busy complex. The menu has lot of choices, from steamed buns to dumplings, fried rice, and soup. One highlight was the option to purchase items frozen to take home and enjoy at any time.Overall, it is a fantastic spot for anyone looking for delicious steamed buns and dumplings !

Recently took my team to this location for lunch. Definitely was not expecting the large food quantity from our orders, but we’re very pleased with it. The service was friendly, and right away. Every dish that was brought out to our table was delicious. We each shared portions from our own personal orders with each other. This is a small location but is still reasonable for a small groups to enjoy their meals here. Alongside their every day regular menu they also have a specials menu which is on their wall handwritten on a whiteboard, so definitely make sure to check that out when you visit. Their location is sharing a shopping center with other businesses. I did happen to notice as we were enjoying our lunch that as other customers arrived it was geared around delivery, drivers picking up food orders, and from there two or three other people also enjoyed their meal inside. all in all very happy with their food, portions quality and customer service

Beef Roll and XLB are pretty good! The interior of this place is fast casual and has a good amount of seating. No problems with parking in the plaza.My friend and I shared a variety of food, but the best was probably the Beef Roll! Good amount of ingredients and the texture is really pleasant. A little chewy, a little crispy. The Pork Xiao Long Bao are huge and full of soup! The soup is pretty rich.The Sheng Jian Bao are decent, but the meat inside was way too fatty of me. It was gushing and greasy for me. The dough was pretty thick too.

I tried the pork xiaolongbao and the steamed leek, pork and shrimp dumpling. I liked the dumpling better as the xiaolongbao pastry seemed thick and tougher to my taste.Place works more like self service- you bring your order list to the counter, pay and then pick up needed utensils. This is why my service score was low. You need to go to the counter if you want a non plastic spoon. Staff were friendly and nice though.
