Had good cup of coffee on a cool San Francisco morning. Had a warm scone which smelled good. But... Dropped it on floor by accident. Very good coffee.

I guess I should not have been surprised, but they have the same products here, even the same prepared foods, that you find at all of their other grocery stores. A small place to eat here.

Just bought some roast beef from the refrigerated section. We were hungry so we started nibbling it in the car & noticed it was bad. We turned right around for a refund or exchange and the manager denied it per Covid! I still cannot believe it! It was foul! Horrible customer service- poor attitude! Careful guys! Thanks manager Marlisa for the GREAT customer service & having your associate smell the meat because you didn't believe me!

Favourite whole foods due to their meat and fish selection. The dried aged rib-eye steaks and whole red snappers are my favourite here. Freshest food but a lil big on the pricey side.

I recommend you guys stop selling the truffle chocolate cake in the bakery. It's a round cake..... I think it has a few raspberries on top... Too much chocolate on it. I doubt you will get any more sales on it, it's that bad... My brother and I could barely eat the first slice. But other than that, you guy's are doing good.... I even brought it to one of the employee's at the front when I RETURNED it, and he even agreed with me... I do like the New York cheesecakes... I just made a mistake purchasing one of your cake's, that's all.

One of my favorite grocery spot! The price is slightly pricey compare to many but at quality product so it's totally worth it. Plus if you got prime you get the bonus discounts! I love their rib eyes and meat products and it's the only place I would purchase unless no choice. Fresh. The service compare to all grocery shops are tremendous great

Pretty impossible to even find parking here at sun on noon. But i was hungry and knew that the chick-fil-a was gonna be even more packed. Happy i persisted. Got a great healthy chicken bowl and now they have an actual wine bar. So i enjoyed a nice glass of pinot noir and a bit of the game. Shopping , eating and basketball.. now we're talking

This Whole Foods in Dublin is great! However, the parking is not as great which makes it difficult sometimes. They have great customer service and are always so kind. Whenever i need to grocery shop or find a quick bite to eat i stop there!

The Negatives: The fresh gnocchi and fresh ravioli are mushy. Go to Trader Joe's for good fresh pasta. Almost all dried fruit is sweetened. Really? Know your customers. Their fresh mozzarella, a staple in our house, is up on a very high shelf. I can't peruse their varieties so I get it at Trader Joe's. Whole Foods must have a swimming pool of canola oil in the back-all their cafeteria-style food is coated in it, so oily and weird flavors. Jeff Bezos the billionaire doesn't want to spring for olive oil. Most products contain palm oil and it's not certified (Whole Foods brands are but not everything in the store.) Palm oil cultivation is extremely destructive if not done responsibly. Many products (like Amy's Organic frozen dinners) source some ingredients from China. (I asked, they do.) Google 'China food tea heavy metals lead' and you'll see why that's a serious problem. The U.S. does not require organic food to be tested for heavy metals or pesticides. So many times I skip buying things at the bakery/deli because they are understaffed. Bezos has to keep that Joker girlfriend in the money so we can't afford more than one employee behind the counter. I get it, it would take billions for me to be able to stand him, too. There are large wooden kiosks stocked with soap blocking the main aisle where people are lined up at cash registers and others are walking through the store. Really crazy when it's busy. The Clover Organic milk is always expiring in 5 days. Why? They have boxed bakery cookies, etc. on tables but it's hard to find any without 'natural' flavors (which is a cute way of saying 'artificial' flavors.) They took the sinks out of the bathroom. Everyone is opening the bathroom door with unwashed hands. Thanks, Whole Foods. Half the people walk past the outside sink without washing. There used to be an employee (could still be around but haven't seen him lately) who worked in the produce section and would regularly loudly cough with an uncovered mouth directly over all the fruit. I saw (heard!) him do it on several different trips to the store. Are you kidding me? I'm gonna grow my own fruit. The Positives: The employees are nice. If you like NY style cheesecake you will like the JM Rosen cheesecake. Decent dog/cat food. Phil's coffee beans. Good selection of Kombucha. They open cash registers when the lines are long. Good toothbrushes. BurnOut sunblock (EWG rates it highly)

Juice bar out of ginger. How? Your a grocery store. Leave the counter, take 5 steps to your produce department and get some ginger. I ordered a Botanist because your out of ginger (lol) and it was literally carrot juice. Whatever.

The worst customer service in town. Grumpy gal at the counter should find a job where her grumpiness is more acceptable!!

Shoutout to the baristas that work there; the other day, I saw one of the baristas with a septum make three drinks at once. I do think the employees work pretty hard, and they treat the customers well. I've seen some yelp reviewers say that the employees don't always have time to chat, or seem stone faced, but as someone who has work experience in a high paced food service environment, sometimes you can't give that individual treatment, especially at such a huge store like Whole Foods. Keep doing great work.
