Candied Bacon Whopper has almost no bacon, just a couple of paper thin slices. Not sure there was any jam or crispy onions. The large frys was about half filled. Overall, it's a big scam.

Went to this bk for lunch the other day just expecting to get my food and go. Given I don’t normally eat at fast food restaurants, i wasn't expecting this visit to be one of the best fast food experiences I've had. The staff was super friendly and took the time to ask about my day, all the while taking my order. The young lady upfront, Jazmin, greeted me with a smile and even suggested one of their seasonal meals which I actually enjoyed. All the staff seem to actually enjoy their job and take their time building relationships and personalizing your order. I would 10/10 recommend this restaurant over all the other burger kings in town.

I've been to this location a couple times and I notice that the food is decent but service varies dramatically depending who's working. There's an older woman who I've had help me many times in the drive up window who had been very rude in the past but I've excused it since I work in the service industry too and figured she was having a rough night. Today just wasn't it. I came up to order and she said they didn't have what I wanted so I was looking to see what to get inside when she asks what kind I want and mentioned the flavors. I was surprised and answered. When I get to the window she asked me what I ordered and I let her know, she hands me my food and drink then slams the window in my face as I am asking for a straw for my drink and basically ran away. I waited for a good 10 seconds before driving off because she was no where to be seen. I've had previous bad experiences with her but the day team is usually much kinder. I read in older reviews she is actually the manager, so I plan to write a formal complaint to them since they are managed by an external company (there's a sign on the window). Girl, we're all tired. I get food here because I worked a long shift and just need to eat before work again. If you hate customer service, maybe try something else.

What in the world is this!!?! I ordered a chicken wrap for $2.99. This is what I got. I have no words. I went through drive thru and didn't have time to go back. Wow. Just wow. BK

Perfect except the drink machine was pumping out water instead of flavored drinks?
Horrible. Older lady (manager) was super rude and I waited in line for over 15min. and there were only 2 cars in front of me. They are always put of stuff and their sign is always broken. She wouldn'ttell me my price said I had to wait for my receipt and then told me after charging that they didnt have and one of the items I had ordered. Didn't charge me for it but she could have told me when I was ordering. Highly disappointed. Would give a zero star if I could. Happened at 2:36pm on 10/6/2023.

I give this Burger kind 10 stars I used to regularly go to the one down in Pleasanton but there place is just so dirty and staff seems that it is an inconvenience to go I now work by the Dublin location and I get 1010 service here they never get my order wrong at least the times I have gone ! I give more props to the pregnant cashier in thw front she tries to make my visit very welcoming and it’s always clean when I come in !! Thank you Burger King Dublin you guys R-O-C-K!Parking: Good parking easy access to exit

the lady who works the drive thru window is the worst. she’s brief, rude, impatient, doesn’t listen to what you’re saying, messes up orders because she isn’t listening, and sometimes yells to her coworkers without turning off her headset. if you’re going to go here, you’ll have a slightly better experience if you actually go inside the establishment.

The Woman who was working the drive through seemed to be under the influence of an accelerating substance. She was chattering so fast and kept interrupting me when I was trying to place the order that she got everything wrong and when I clarified it after the third time I said forget it I was going to back up out of the driveway somebody had pulled behind me so I was stuck in the drive through.We ended up ordering the new little snack wraps while those were mediocre at best I was more put off by the fact that yet again miss mouth as I called her to my friend in the car, still had the order wrong and still kept chattering. Then argued with me about my order. When I tried to clarify, yet again it, she just could not stop talking. I don't know who or what but she seemed like she was seriously overenergized because you couldn't understand what she was saying and she was talking literally a 100 words per minute it was a terrible experience. I asked for napkins and she begrudgingly gave one napkin per person it was absurd. We asked for a diet soda with no ice and a regular soda with ice we got 2 sodas with ice. I tried again to explain her error and again she kept interrupting me and she kept saying well you said this you said that. I said STOP. Let me speak please and she still got the order wrong it was just that it was a downhill Burger King they need to do something I'll never go there again.
