Unfortunately, I will no longer be coming back. I hate writing reviews like this. Our waitress ignored our table. It took us so long before anyone introduced themselves, before we even got a menu, asked for utensils and did not receive them until our food got cold. no refills, and waited over 25 mins for the check, and had to go to the front to ask if we can just pay and leave. We were not in a hurry, but it was ridiculous. We saw our server twice. It was not busy at 2pm, and I'd watch her and other staff walk back and forth to chat in the back. When we asked for more water, or for UTENSILS SO WE COULD EAT OUR MEAL, other servers were rude, and asked us where our server was, said it wasn't their job, ect. So, since we were ignored for most of our meal for BASIC stuff like utensils, and after asking 3 times in 20 mins, finally got a refill on water, I didn't want to wait after waiting 20 mins to get the check. No one would help us out, so I took intiative to go to the front to ask them to just help us leave, and informed them of our lack of service. We didn't get a discount or comped or anything that said they wanted to make things right. I'm not trying to get free stuff, but when a restaurant flubs so bad, and nothing is attempted to make things right, it just feels like a huge waste of time. Never coming back. This is not the first time service at this location has been sour, but the combination of other servers refusing to help us, REFUSED to get our server, and we had to have a manager check out us out... like I'm sure writing this review you'd assume I've done something wrong or was horrible to staff, and nah, sometimes that just happens. People have off days, but nothing from the manager? No verbal apologies either? When they werent busy? The place isnt cheap either, and while most things on the menu I tried, the sopping wet iceburge lettuce (didn't know theyd use that) for the fresca tacos (lettuce wrap) were really bad and lacking. I'm just not coming back.

It's been a long time since I have been to Casa Orozco. Apparently my friends also thought it was good Mexican food.z. The restaurant hasn't changed much since I have been here might need to work on cleanliness the floor under our table had a puddle of water. The service at the beginning was fast and you couldn't find anyone to refill drink or chips which is where they can improve. The food was good though. Salsa was ok. The taco was better than the enchilada. The kids meal had a variety of items to choose from. The fajitas was good and their guacamole was really delicious. Still serving great food but service was spotty is my only concern

Beautiful big restaurant with a nice layout. Love the decor! Our server Ana was really nice and fast. Nice food presentation! The food was really delicious although was not a fan of the beans everything else tasted great. Lots of good menu options to choose from. Cant wait to come back and try other dishes.

The food was pretty good and the drinks were ok, but the service was not great. We were greeted with "what can I get you to drink?", no "hello" or anything. We felt rushed the entire time even though we waited for almost an hour for our food to come. The server even came over and asked us if we had gotten our food when clearly we had no plates on the table. Then she tried to take my friend's plate from her at least two or three times while she was still actively eating dinner. We were also seated directly under an AC vent and we were FREEZING the entire time. All and all a just ok experience with some pretty good food.

The service has declined severely since my original 5-star rating 3 years ago. We received very poor service the last 2 times we were here. One both trips, the waiters would just serve other larger party tables and just ignored my table. On the most recent trip, waited 45 minutes for our food to come WITHOUT a single check-in to see if we needed more drinks, but he served other tables around us. When we're done, I had to go find the waiter to ask for the check. Not coming back anymore.

First time here, and I was not disappointed. Came here for a early Easter dinner with my family. Ordered the coctel de camaron, it was delicious. It wasn't too busy, it was perfect....

I have an 84-year-old mother that lives with me and I have to be very careful eating out. Although a lot of people have moved past Covid, I still have to be very cautious who I'm around so that I don't bring any types of sicknesses back home to my mom. This is my first time at Casa Orozco and I must say that the staff was not only accommodating, but also I want to give a special shout out to Daniella and Chuck for taking care of me and my family. Not only that the food was freaking amazing! My wife wants to go back over and over again because she loves the food. I ordered the Carne Asada meal with beans and rice and the corn tortillas. The meat was so tender and melted in my mouth with the flavor that just burst it with awesomeness. I haven't had a steak like this for a long time! The food is amazing! The staff is amazing! We will be back very soon!

Delicious, tasty, well-prepared offerings. Good-size portions and an attentive staff. Truly superb customer service, as well. Our families' favourite for more than two decades. You know it has to be great, when this family-owned restaurant just celebrated it's 40TH YEAR IN BUSINESS!

I think Casa Orozco is most worth it when you come for their lunch specials or weekly specials! Their happy hour Monday to Friday from 11:00am - 6:00pm has great deals as well and includes discounted appetizers. I had no issue in customer service or food quality as others have reviewed, but perhaps my standard was lower since the prices were cheap and it wasn't too crowded. Taco Tuesday deal (4 tacos for $9.95): The waiter let me know I could only choose two meats; they used to allow four meats but it would take the kitchen too long LOL which makes sense. I chose carnitas and carne asada, and my tacos were packed!!! My plate came with its own salsa (non-spicy), and you get a different non-spicy salsa with chips when you sit down. I would come back just for Taco Tuesday; where else in the area are you going to get a $2.50 taco? Husband and I also loved their playlist - made it a fun, festive environment and I like their decor! I believe they have live music on certain days, so I'll look out for those :)
