My burritos are constantly messed up, tables are never cleaned up and im sometimes forced to eat in my car or outside. Along with that, service is excruciatingly slow, im a patient individual and the sliggishness is testing my patience day by day.

This Chipotle actually deserves 2.5 stars because while the food is good, service is definitely not, and the cleanliness is borderline at best!We stood in a long line for our dinner yesterday evening. Yes, it was busy, but unlike the San Ramon Chipotle, the folks in this Chipotle are not following an optimal operational process. As a result, while the wait for the food is long and the folks preparing the burritos were busy, the cashier was simply standing, doing nothing, and yawning (I am not making this up)!Finally, the entire restaurant tables were dirty, there were no napkins in dispensers (I had to ask the yawning cashier multiple times for napkins just to get a few) and the garbage was full and overflowing in the kitchen and the seating area (see attached photo).I won't be visiting this Chipotle location again.Food - 5 starsService - 2 starsCleanliness - 1 star

I recently visited the Chipotle store after a year with the hope of a better experience. Unfortunately, my encounter was less than satisfactory. The lack of name tags among the staff, while possibly a corporate choice, makes it challenging to address specific service concerns. The individual assisting me, distinguished by multiple piercings (bottom lip), displayed a notably unappealing demeanor and did not respond to a simple greeting.Throughout my order, I observed significantly reduced portion sizes, prompting me to politely request more appropriate quantities. Surprisingly, an additional spoon of beans was added, further accentuating the imbalance in the meal. Concerned about this experience, I inquired with the person at the register, identified as Jacob on the receipt. Their response, indicating that management had instructed limited portion sizes to control costs, left me disheartened.This particular Chipotle branch seems to have a consistent history of subpar service, and the team's apparent lack of courtesy is disappointing. While I appreciate the brand, this experience may deter me from returning to this specific location. I hope my feedback encourages improvements in service quality and customer satisfaction.Vegetarian options: Food does not help if the service isn't.

I am part of the work crowd, and find chipotle to always be solid regarding a good meal and reasonably fast service. A few hiccups on orders occur here and there, but i found that to get the best service, you should go around 1-3pm for lunch.The staff is pretty quick once you get to the counter to order, and your out in 5 mins or so.Dietary restrictions: They have sofritas for non-meat protein option as well as grilled veggies.Parking: Parking is tough during the workday lunch time rush from 11am-1pm. Also, the spots can be limited due to other businesses in the complex. Recommend going from 1pm-3pm.
