Absolutely horrible I ordered a pollo bowl with just chicken due to my dietary restrictions I can’t have anything else. I usually get a size able portion from any other pollo loco compensating for the lack of everything else.. but nope! I paid five dollars for a laughable pathetic amount of chicken shame on the employees they act like it comes out of their pockets.

Food is horrible beans are bland no flavor, rice, no flaver, canned corn and chicken is ok burrito steak and ckicken are horrible and grave or sauce.Dessert Churro is ok. It's always a wait before they even acknowledge you to order. i would never go back.

Pollo Loco has delicious grilled chicken, seasoned with lime and cilantro.
It's my one fast food place I enjoy but limit it to chicken only. This past order, I requested 3 chicken breasts. Unfortunately, they provided two breasts and one thigh. I don't like dark meat! They charged for me three breasts though!

The service here is excellent, the faculty is kind and helping. They ask how everything is and check in occasionally. The food is also flavorful and delicious. Would recommend coming back, the prices are affordable for family meals and solo meals!
