A humble, restaurant with high-quality ramen ?. I had their house ramen, same name as the restaurant’s name. The meat was creamy and the egg perfectly soft-boiled. Balanced taste. Enjoyed every drop.

- not exceptional, but no missesAmbiance: CasualValue: AverageDon’t be fooled by the name, they offer Hong Kong cuisine alongside a Japanese ramen menu. Seems like it’s Chinese ran.Ordered the Agedashi tofu, black garlic ramen, and Hong Kong baked fish in white cream sauce. The tofu and ramen were spot on for what I expected. Could really taste the black garlic flavor in the broth. They used thin sliced chasu pork. The baked rice fish dish was also exactly what you’d expect from a Hong Kong cafe. I do think it could’ve used more fish for the price. Everything was good and depending on your taste buds, could be VERY GOOD. For me, it was a worthwhile meal but can’t say it was exceptional or blew my mind.Would come back again.

I always get the tonkotsu ramen. The broth is always so creamy and light at the same time. Its my favorite broth in the area. The noodles are cooked to perfection. The pork is delicious and the toppings are simple but perfect. It is a well balanced fulfilling meal. When I am feeling a little more hungry I get the fried oysters off the appetizer menu.

So, Fujiwara Ramen, recommended by my fam, turned out to be a solid choice. First things first, the customer service--on point. The staff had that friendly vibe, and you could tell they actually cared about your ramen experience. My family member knew what was up.Now, let's talk ramen. It's that perfect balance of flavors; the broth is rich, and the noodles are just the right texture. You can tell they put effort into each bowl. The spot itself is small but cozy. It's got this intimate feel that adds to the whole experience. You might not have tons of space, but it's all part of the charm.Overall, Fujiwara Ramen is a gem, compared to all the ramen places in the same center. If you're cool with a snug spot, appreciate top-notch customer service, and want ramen that hits the spot, give it a shot. It's got that homey feel with a bowl of goodness to match. Thumbs up from me.

We ordered the following dishes:- Aka Ramen (Red/Spicy ramen)- Kuro Ramen (Black Garlic ramen)- Gyozawith thin noodles for the above. The service was fast and hassle-free. The aka ramen was a little bit on the less spicy side, but everything tasted very good. The gyoza was a bit small and not as crispy as I expected, but overall this was a very tasty meal!

We ordered the Chashu Mazemen, Fujiwara ramen, and Kuro Tonkotsu (black garlic) . I really wanted to try this place because they offer mazemen, a soupless ramen. It's more common around LA and I've been looking for a place around here. I liked the chashu mazemen, it was really salty though and I'm not a huge fan of the benito flavor. But the noodles were thick and chewy, which is what I was really looking for. It was really nice to try, but I'm not sure if I'd get it again, if I did, I'd get a different flavor. My mom ordered the fujiwara ramen. She said the broth wasn't what she had been expecting and would have liked if it was thicker, more flavorful, and less oily. My dad got the black garlic ramen. He really liked the flavor, but also thought the broth could have been more flavorful. Overall, the service was nice and prompt. The restaurant was also nice and is in the Ulferts plaza. I would come again, if looking for mazemen, but probably would go somewhere else if I want soup ramen.

It was a balmy evening and we needed something to eat to warm us up. Ramen sounded like a good idea. We all haven't been to this spot so we decided to try it out. Overall not a bad option for ramen, chashu was fantastic, noodles a good chew, broth a little lack luster, and curry a bit meh, but overall, an okay option for some noods.L O C A T I O NIn the Ulferts plaza in Dublin right near Koi Palace Express. They share a parking lot with all the other shops and restaurants. Parking can be challenging during peak dining times. Go closer towards the sides of the plaza to get better parking options.I N S I D E They have a bar seating area in the middle with "larger" tables on the sides. Three large TVs are on each side of the room.M E N UAs it is a ramen spot, there is of course ramen. They also have appetizers as well as katsu curry. On the table there is a menu for Mazemen which is a brothless ramen. You can get the ramen with thin or thick noodles. The thick noodle is what I know as "standard" ramen noodles. So if you want thinner than that, then you go with the thin.We got the Fujiwara Ramen with extra noodles, gyoza and pork katsu curry. The gyoza was standard and came with a sweet vinegary sauce. Slight crisp on the bottom, juicy meat inside. The Fujiwara ramen was fine. The broth was okay. The noodles bouncy. The star of this ramen was the chashu. It was thinly sliced, but the flavor on that chashu was *chefs kiss*.The pork katsu curry was okay as well. The curry felt like boxed curry. Not enough veggies in my opinion. The pork was actually moist.S E R V I C EOur waters were definitely filled often which was nice. We had to flag folks when we ended up finally ordered (we had to ask to give us time initially) and then when we were finished to get the check. That's all, but everyone was very friendly and helpful.O V E R A L LI think I would want to try out more ramen here but for now, it's actually not a bad choice. I don't typically get ramen, so did I enjoy myself? Sure. Did it warm my belly? Sure. Was I wowed...not really. Did it have some high points? Yes. Did it have not so great points? Yes. So I kind of fall in the middle in terms of how I feel about this place. So I would say, I'll be back and I invite you to try it out yourself!

Pretty good ramen spot in the east bay! I didn't feel like making the drive to sf/sj for ramen and had a big craving. My friend recommended this spot. I ordered the black garlic ramen and it was very good and flavorful. The fried dumplings and karage appetizers were also very good! The place is located in ulferts plaza on the first floor. There's a cool bar in the middle and they have some tvs. Service was pretty fast too!

Five stars is not even enough to rate. Period.Their food are amazingly awesome. I highly recommend dining in instead. Their chefs are a real deal. Their ingredients are specifically picked and hand-made in their kitchen.Don't punch me for releasing one of your sercert menu items. ? It is called 'Chocolate powder' French toast in Hong Kong style' it is a long name btw, but it will give you OMFG surprise. It could be a limited menu item. Make sure to call in to check and/or reserve.I will definitely try everything there.

Loved the Black Garlic Ramen was excellent and could have been a bit more spicy. Added some chicken and the texture was perfect. Suggestion to management: offer a spice level option.

Great ramen shop. I absolutely love Fujirama ramen shop in Dublin, California! Their ramen is super tasty, and we highly recommend trying the thin noodles. Wonderful and crispy chicken karaage. Their sauce is the boss! It's our go-to spot for delicious ramen in town. ??Kid-friendliness: High chairs and booster seat available.

Parking tons being in Ulferts plaza unless you go on a weekend Price reasonable! Didnt break the bank Next time would order the noodles harder since the heat cooks it by the end :)
