I was in the area and wanted pho since it had been a while since I had any, and I wanted to check out a new place. I ordered #14, which was the brisket and tendon with rice noodles along with an order of spring rolls. The broth could've been better. I appreciated that it wasn't as salty as other places, but it could've used a little more flavor. Also, the slice of lime/lemon that they gave to squeeze the juice over the pho did nothing to help lighten the dish. It was such a disappointment. The spring rolls were good. A bit small, but packed with flavor. The disappointment came with the peanut sauce. It had a weird, bland taste to it. It's not a good thing when I tasted more flavor from the hoison and Sriracha sauces than I did the peanut sauce. Noise levels were fine, but mentally prepare for hearing covers of Maroon 5, Taylor Swift, and others on replay. The waitress was nice and attentive and made sure I had plenty of water. 3.5 - 3.8 stars.

This pho hits the spot. The broth does seem to be missing some of the usual spices for pho, it tastes different. Service was friendly but no English.

This is a highly recommended local restaurant we should support and treasure! I went there this afternoon for a quick lunch and ordered a small Combo Pho and a piece of Fried Shrimp Cake. For the Combo Pho, the meat quality is great and sufficient and the pho amount is just right! Most importantly is that the soup is hot and you won’t get thirsty after having their soup. At $12.50 price, that’s a great price in Tri-Valley since pandemic. Also, I’d ordered a piece of Fried Shrimp Cake as the side of my pho. The shrimp cake is crispy and full of shrimp flavor and I can cut it into 9 bite size and it only cost me $7.00 only!

This place was packed on a Saturday. We arrived and there was only one table the were cleaning for us. It's in a plaza. Which parking can be hard especially on a weekend. Ordered chicken pho and the broth wasn't tasty at all. I ordered the hu tieu and it came with pho noodles? I was expecting the regular chewy hu tieu noodles. Again broth wasn't good. I had to add a lot of hoisin and Sriracha. I'm thinking it was an off day unless Dublin residents really like broth tasting is way? My cousin ordered vermicelli noodles and said her pork was a little salty and her side broth wasn't flavorful either. I wouldn't come back only bc I don't typically eat Vietnamese when I am in the area, since there's so so many other options. We only went here bc literally our first two spots we picked were closed. Staff are really nice though! Oh and I thought it was weird that my side veggie plate came with cilantro, jalapeño, bean sprouts and lemon but No basil!! For pho! And I was too shy to ask. 3 meals for $45. Not bad

I seriously do not understand what is with all these 4 or 5 star reviews when clearly this place is mediocre at best. Some even claimed that it's the best Pho they've had in NorCal BWAHAHAHAHA. Broth is nothing spectacular, it's ok at best. When ordering any smoothie, they use powder flavoring. I had their #1 and the ratio between the noodles and meat was laughable. It's a big 2 thumbs down for me.

Loved their fresh shrimp rolls with a hoisin type of sauce . My beef soup was better than most. Wife liked her shrimp pho also.

Pho broth was flavorful and portion was decent. Fast service and clean. One of the very few pho places in town that's good.

Their beef pho is... ok... Broth tastes "a bit different" from other pho place around the bay area. Only a few small and thin slices of beef. Price is "reasonable" compared to other pho places if we don't consider the portion. Service was great though, despite low on staff, the only waitress was efficient.

Really tasty rice plate that hit the spot on a cold day. It came with a hot broth on the side to sip as I was eating. My party of 3 was seated quickly and the food came out fast and fresh. We all agreed everything was good and would want to come back again.

The broth is delicious! My daughter couldn't stop saying how delicious it is. It's very clean and the customer service is great! It was fast to sit and fast to get our food. HOWEVER the spring rolls were 10.50 and the thinnest tinniest spring rolls I've ever had. No carrot no cucumber just Lettuce noodles and shrimp. And the meat quantity could've been better it was on the small portion side.

Great tasting pho. Tried the chicken pho and it was a welcome change to the other phos I've tried around the trip-valley.

The food literally had no flavor, tasted water down. Barely had any meat, i had to pay extra for more meat and still wasn't enough all noddles and broth no meat. Went here because of the ratings but don't let it fool you, it's very disappointing. Out of all the pho places i've tried this has been the worst. Service wasn't the best, seems like they were having a difficult time understanding. The place looks nice and they had customers but the food quality was not what we expected.

Small and quaint spot. Super fast and accommodating service. I currently have a sinus infection and can only smell and taste a percentage of normal. Still delicious! Ordered pork/shrimp fried egg rolls and shrimp pho. Egg rolls were the best I've had in a really long time. The filling was combined perfectly, (glass noodles included :)) and they were light, and crispy on the outside. I will definitely be coming back when I am in the area.
