Food is absolutely disgusting, they don’t know how to cook at all. Worse Chicken tikka I have ever tasted tastes like tomato sauce. The chicken is raw and rubbery can’t even digest. Nearly threw up don’t recommend at all worse food. Overrated. Tap water and webs on the wall.

Service is horrible, we have been waiting for a simple smash burger for 40 mins then find out all of a sudden they ran out. We came for the chicken n waffles but they didn't have it. They didn't even have most burgers. We ordered 3 Punjabi burgers and they ran out after we orderd and we only got 1 burger. We had to change our order 3 times

I had a recent visit to Mirchi Cafe. I had a takeout food. Tried a few options of food, Every dish has its own unique taste. The staff in the cafe was not so welcoming but ok. Overall, it was a just fine experience.

Very giving they also extended 20% during their soft to grande opening of great Napalese and some Chinese based dishes. Smells wonderful, fourth time, out of our price range post DiabloMags Tri-Val food Rest week, always find tastes that are newer to our palate.A bit pricey for families but always order Chai hot as cold and/or rainy for all four visits. Same funnyman host, out of context we enjoyed Bruno Mars one after lunch rush afternoon, we liked it! We especially appreciate the beyond life sized photoMURAL of the Nepal Mountains and makes it different for a good visit. The cashier/host is always quick. He is attentive server as well. One or two in back working...the BEST part of this place? Alot of working and made to order dishes it is NOT just scooped out onto a warm plate it is and takes a little longer cooked to order! Wow. Maybe not the long grain rice...goes good with curries too. We had a Mango Lasse and I've had hot tea before here, before rest week. CONSISTENT, even though not always same cook or food preparer, it's still great and yes, if possible I request NO Spice[chili],to fully enjoy all the traditional spices without that Heat!We might return for a 5th for Lunch, depending on find in ng a coupon, it IS new next to Japanese place withIN Food Court @ Pacific Pearl's next to Palace. And across from a five star Thai/Malay deafening I'll call default when@Pearl. Beware places get busy and parking can be a challenge due to busy nights and 99Ranch shoppers. Such a nice and cute place. We went during lunch time and the sunroom side was super nice. We had the shezan club sandwich and that was legit like back home. Love it. Omlette and parath was pretty good as well.

We also discovered discrepancies in our bill, indicating we were overcharged. The integrity of several dishes was compromised, and to our dismay, we found hair in our food. A regrettable experience that fell far short of our expectations.

Food is good but quality can be hit or miss. Always check your food if you're ordering for takeout (and never get delivery) because they seem to give you the worst quality food in those cases. The fries are burned, inedible messes a lot of the time.

The food was good, I just hated a few things.. the server kept touching the silverware ? with his fingers adding his own mirchi masala O_o. I would often have to ask for plates or silverware. We were a party of 4, so he would bring silverware and plates for 2, then we requested more plates and silverware, so he brought 1 set more.. until I went to the back and got it myself.. most plates are worn out and chipped. Serve us in paper plates or print it on the menu. "No plates, eat off the table with bare hands"
