Went in today and one of the owners or worker had a foldable partition and was sleeping in the dining area. This is unacceptable! It’s a shame this place has changed so much. A few years back ownership changed and the quality has just decreased. I live down the street and have been coming here since 2005. This is the last straw never going back again.

I was disappointed in my phone order or a medium "pikes peak" pizza. For a $30 MEDUIM pizza, $40 after tax and delivery fee (before tip to the driver... so a $50 pizza. It looks NOTHING like the pizza I ordered. The pizza I ordered looked to be covered in many meats in every bite. On the website it says And I quote... "MOUNDS" of Italian sausage, pepperoni, beef, salami, linguica, and ham..... "MOUNDS." This pizza didn't even have sauce under the meat and cheese. They just brushed sauce where the cheese meets the dough to make it seem like the pizza has sauce. Instead of multiple meats in every bite... it was different meats spread over the entire pizza in a single... sad layer. There are three things about this that make me so sad... 1) In the past, I have had the pikes peak, and it looked like the photo online... it was so good! 2) the ingredients are SO quality (even with the sad pizza) it's such a shame I paid $50+ for a MEDIUM pizza (including tax, delivery fee, and driver tip) for this... 3) I will have to now go in and order to make sure I get what they are advertising. Otherwise, tell them I won't be paying for it. A word of advice, don't order from them for delivery. Pickup only.

The reason why when you order pizzas from here and you wait a long time for your pizzas to get delivered is because this store takes your order and your tips, then they outsource the order to a third-party app like doordash or ubereats, while they pocket your tips.That’s why no delivery drivers want to take the orders, hence why you end up waiting a long time for your pizzas.Very Questionable business model, I would personally never give my business to this place.

We've been ordering a Mountain Mikes pizza almost every week for dinner since football season started. Usually, we go to the MM in San Ramon. Since I was picking up a boba in the same parking lot, I decided to pick up a pizza from this Dublin location. Big mistake. The person working there was friendly. The restaurant appeared clean, although I ordered my pizza online for takeout, so I was in and out. The pizza was awful! We've tried almost every flavor of their specialty pizzas multiple times, and from different MM locations, so I know what a MM pizza is supposed to taste like. The crust was not fluffy and it didn't have the same bite that MM pizza crust is known for. It tasted doughy and undercooked. No problem. I'll throw it into the air fryer. It was no help. The toppings were seriously skimpy with more areas of cheese than toppings, and the pizza tasted salty. When I'm paying $30 for a large pizza, I expect a good pizza. This was not good. In fact, I've had frozen pizza from a grocery store that tasted better and were a fraction of the cost. MM pizzas are usually so good that about 1/4 of the pizza is eaten in the car before we've brought the pizza into the house. This was not the case. In fact, after 3 days, there are still 4 slices left sitting in the fridge.

Orders pizza and wings for delivery. Food showed up sooner the expected, good. When I asked the driver where the ranch was for the wings, he said I some know. I'm only the driver. So I refused the food. She said no I can't take it back. Ok fine. I took the food in the house hoping maybe the rack was in the box with the wings. Yeah! It was but it was upside down and leaked all over. So I called and explained the situation to them. The guy said he would send new wings. They never arrived. Now the food. Dominos Pizza is better with better toppings. Very disappointed! Customer service. Fail! Food quality. Fail! Avoid at all cost. Their rating is this bad for a reason.

Possibly the worst mountain Mike's pizza locations and pizza experience. ***DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION BY SHELL GAS SATION! *** I ordered a XL pizza and wings. The guy that work there gave me one ranch and 4 red peppers, 2 cheese. So I have to ask for more ranch. Guess what, the guy that work there gave me one more ranch and 2 red peppers. Like seriously? I just spend $75 on XL pizza and wings. All I get was 2 small ranch and 6 red peppers. This location sucks, I rather go to the one further up north San Ramon.

Ordered a medium combo for pickup and received the driest, most flavorless pizza you can imagine. None of the ingredients appeared or tasted fresh. It was equal to a bad store bought frozen pizza.

Took 2 hrs for our pizza’s to get delivered.Not only that, but it arrived cold, not even warm. Like the it wasn’t even heated in a bag. The cardboard and even pizza was cold!They offered to bring new ones but what are we going to do with 4 pizzas and wait 3 hrs for pizzas!Hopefully they refund our order or else we’ll contact the site directly for awful service and full refund. Ridiculous
