One star for the bad customer service. Toasted Cheesesteak sandwich is my ATF. This is the only thing I like at this establishment. I went to the store in Dublin Blvd and the person help me didn't understand when I asked for it to be toasted. He insisted that it is infact toasted because its a hot sandwich. I watched him put the meat in the microwave to heat it up and after a few minutes he proceed to make the sandwich. The cheese was not melted into the meat and the bread was not toasted. By the time I paid for my sandwich, got into my car the sandwich was already cold. I ordered the same thing everytime when Im in Castro Valley or SJ and they get it right all the time. But I was very disappointed in Dublin's Mr. Pickles.

I had not been to a Mr. Pickles for over a year. When I picked up my half French Dip sandwich today, it was ridiculously small (see photos) to the point I had to laugh. I don't remember the sandwiches being this small the last time I went there. I realilze now that perhaps I should have ordered a full sandwich, but when I go to Subway or Safeway, their 6" sandwiches seem much larger and the price is less. This tiny sandwich was $9.40 including tax!

We came in before closing, the woman working refused to make a whole sandwich?? Not coming back here. Horrible service. Not only that the lady working appeared to be high, also the dutch crunch bread was stale.

I've been a long time customer here and it has been always great. This rating is just for my most recent time here. I ordered my "Hot T" sandwich to go, and when I got home, it had no meat in it. The most disappointed I've been having a sandwich from here. I would come back here for sure another time, but now I'll have to double check my sandwiches to make sure everything is right with it before I leave.

We loveee going to Mr. Pickles! But I think it's highly inappropriate to try and hit on customers. Today i was told by my boyfriend that he went in to get a sandwich on his break from work and one of the employees, a young white female, decided it was okay to write a note along with his sandwich stating "BLT for the cute guy ;)" I get it, people can have opinions but it'd be best to keep your thoughts to yourself and things like this make some people uncomfortable which he did ignore. When working at a job I really don't think you should be flirting with customers.

So I literally just left after standing for 10 minutes without anyone saying a word....who ever has trained this shift must train them to not just focus 3 people on 1 order....very poor management...I left after wasting my lunch time...Livermore is much better...and more
I love this place. It's like walking into your family's living room. Everyone is so chill, friendly, helpful, efficient and kind. I ordered here during a lunch hour rush and Katie and Varun were so friendly, professional, and efficient. Varun even helped me walk out my "to go" order to my car (full of seven sandwiches, cookies, chips, drinks, snacks, etc.) Regardless, I'm glad he was able to do it. It

I don't have sandwiches or wraps very often but boy howdy this place changed my mind. I was lucky enough to try one of their spinach wraps. The tomatoes in it tasted so fresh, the pepperoncini peppers and jalapeños in it had a nice little spice and complimented the avocado I added in it as well. The roast beef was cooked well and completed the masterpiece sandwich perfectly. They even give you a chocolate chip cookie for every sandwich you get! The meal was great and I would recommend trying it out!

Fresh bread and fresh condiments, generous with the meat, and the secret sauce is delicious! They also have a delicious gluten free wrap, which was an extra bonus. The manager (I presume) even threw in some extra cookies for our hungry teenage athletes. No frills sandwich shop with great service and great sandwiches. We'll be back the next time we play in Dublin!

Three times I have patronized this restaurant since the new owner took over. Two out of three times it was unacceptable. My call in order was already ready (on the counter) and no one said "we'll be right with you" instead they looked down and avoided eye contact.Now, the other problems. First, the price is almost double of what it was before, with exactly same order. Second, most a the sandwich makers had long hair and not one had a hairnet or a hat on, while the longest hair was sloppily tied up. Lastly, it tasted funny today and the mayonnaise was already turning. I will be back here if I end up getting sick! Been patronizing almost 10 years, but no more.Safeway's sandwiches are less than half as expensive without waiting or watching servers ignore you!
