Picked up my online order for Valentine’s Day. Didn’t have to wait long. I’d never been to this location but they were as helpful as the people in my usual store in San Leandro.Parking: It’s in a busy strip mall, so finding a space is hit or miss.
I love their Bundt cakes, they are delicious, they have an assortment of flavors with a limited edition flavor of the month. When I went the featured flavor of the month was Reese's Chocolate Peanut Butter. The pop-up flavor that's available now is their gluten-free lemon raspberry. This pop-up flavor will be available till February 4, 2024. They offer bundtlets, bundtlet cakes, bundtlet towers, and a box of assorted bundtinis. The flavors they offer are chocolate chip, confetti, red velvet, snickerdoodle, white chocolate raspberry, strawberries and cream, lemon, classic vanilla, and carrot. My favorite and go to is the red velvet it's soo good. If you're on their email list they send out BOGO deals throughout the year and they have a punch card after so many purchases you receive a free bundtlet.

Got a red velvet cake today with a bunch of other cakes and IT HAD A LONG PIECE OF HAIR IN IT. I'm disgusted!!! The lady said "oh I will refund you for red velvet but I don't know where the hair came from. Our bakers wear hairnets" nooo it's so nasty. It was in the batter and it clearly was a long strand of hair. Please be careful when eating!! ???

I haven't made a visit in a while and decided to stop and satisfy my sweet craving. My mother's first visit to this establishment as well and I'm glad she made the suggestion. We choose various cake flavors in the mini size bundt. Flavors chosen were Carrot, Lemon and Red velvet and they all were very moist and buttery. Frosting flavor was prefect with vanilla icing that did not melt away! I would recommend and always the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth!

I've always loved their cakes. The shop is also super precious! They have the cutest things to help you celebrate. Danielle helped me with the order I placed online. She was so sweet and extremely helpful! She had great customer service and I really appreciated her kind nature. I had an issue with my order but she so helpful and fixed it so easily. Way to make it easy to be a customer Danielle, I appreciate you. Love this bakery and the experience.
Asked for a spoon *after* buying a cake but was refused. Not even a small tasting spoon. Was suggested to buy that at a 7-11. I have been a regular customer here for years. The service was truly disappointing.

I came into this location and ordered an 8" Bundt cake, telling the person that works there that this is for daughter's 16th birthday for today. We purchased the red velvet and had it decorated in bday theme and selected our colors. I asked the lady if I can pick it up later, which she asked by what time. I told her I will pick up the cake at 6:30pm and she confirmed that that time works. I arrived at the location and found the store is locked / closed and sign on door says they closed at 5pm!!! I am extremely upset on such a horrible and inexcusable mistake. Now my daughter won't have a special cake to celebrate her milestone birthday of 16yrs. Totally disappointing!!!!

I bought a tower bundt cake which comes with 3 smaller bundt cakes for my brothers birthday a few weeks ago in July. I ordered online and paid online and it was easy transaction. I ordered 3 different flavors. Red velvet bundt, Key Lime bundt and Lemon Bundt. The cakes were tasty and soft but very rich and sweet. The frosting on top was extra sweet so much that we could barely eat it. Red velvet was the most rich and overpowering. The cream cheese frosting was a bit too overpowering and overly sweet. We could barely eat a few bites before needing to stop. Lemon flavor was not too sweet but I would have liked to taste more of the lemon flavor come through. Key lime was my favorite. Key lime had the perfect balance of acidity from the lime flavor and sweetness. This was everyone's favorite. The only caveat is that their Key Lime flavor is seasonal only and limited time flavor. Hopefully they make it permanent I called in to ask about my order and the customer service was great and the staff was helpful and kind. Their store is in a small plaza easy to find. The inside was cute and nicely decorated. They sell various party related items such as cards, cute decor items and more. I still think the bundt cakes are a cute idea and they are very presentable and beautifully packaged. The 3 small bundt tower option is really cute and I may consider buying it again for other celebrations.

Me and my family have been ordering birthday cakes from them for YEARS I hate eating cake anywhere else because of the texture but this is the only exception, the lemon and red velvet are my favorite here and the cream cheese frosting is the perfect amount of sweet and bitter. They also have perfect size mini bundtinis so there’s many options for your price range.
