This Panera always has a friendly and helpful staff. It’s clean and the food is good. Easy to get to and plenty of parking, including handicap parking and entrance.Kid-friendliness: Easy place to grab a bite with kids before or after local activities.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot, entrance, and seating already all wheelchair accessible but they don’t have an automatic door opener. Help may be required to get through the outside door for the entry room and the second glass door into the restaurant.

Chicken green goddess bagette sounded good to me. Instead I got the green goddess sandwich with two thin sliced tomatoes a bit of mayonnaise and wilted salad leaves all for $11.39? Are you kidding me? Basically toasted bread with a bit of salad. What a joke. Tasted as bad as it looks.

This location usually has decaf even in the evenings, but if they don't, then if just ask, as they are happy to make some fresh. We love that they have almond milk available on the condiments counter, along with cinnamon, especially on these recent cold days. Love having a microwave available for bread or to reheat coffee or hot tea. Not their fault that arugula has been discontinued from sandwiches & salads, but that was one reason we went to Panera. Wish they had vegan options besides hummous. A company that touts healthy, fresh food ought to have something for everyone. A vegan protein source, even tofu would do, would be welcomed, as well as at least a couple vegan pastry options! Dining room here is spacious, clean, with a calm, relaxed vibe. Free WiFi for those who are working or studying. Cashier was very pleasant, polite, and welcoming.Vegetarian options: Great for vegetarians, nothing specifically for vegans. Have to omit many dressings, cheese (on pretty much everything), eggs, dairy milk & butter, protein sources, so pretty much just left with a plain salad or Mediterranean bowl (adding a scoop of quinoa/chick peas/lentils) would be a good start for protein.

Just don't. They're overpriced for the quality of food you get and EXTREMELY SLOW. Waite's over twenty minutes just to get Mac and cheese. They're literally scooping it into a cup. No excuse for this. Just don't go. Save you money and save your time.

Waited 20 min for a sandwich while the lobby looks empty. The food was fine but the drive thru sucked.

This Panera messes up the order 6 out of 10 times. As a local resident, it would be nice to have a reliable Panera, the Fallon location is not that Panera. We let the managers know and keep hoping that will change, but the management doesn't seem to care enough to change that. The staff needs to be trained how to verify the order. They either forget major ingredients or they include the wrong item. West Dublin Panera will get our business from this point on.

This Panera location never misses to disappoint customers. A simple soup and grilled cheese sandwich takes an hour to make. I only buy because this is the closest one to me. And every time, they never miss to disappoint. Horrible.

I think this is my last time stepping into a Panera Bread. I waited nearly 30 minutes for a half of ham sandwich and a chicken noodle soup. When I finally got my order, the soup was cold.I wanted to ask for them to reheat it but my appetite grew while waiting for it. I wish I could blame the the wait on this place being busy, but I was one of maybe 4 people here at 5 o’clock so that clearly wasn’t it.The food is just not worth the hassle. There are local bakeries that offer much better food for less wait time and a much cooler atmosphere than this place.ETA: it just got really cold in here. I don’t know why anyone would turn on the air conditioning when it’s cold and raining outside. Also, I just hard the staff yelling at each other. You’re oils think they would take that in the back where all three of us patrons can’t hear them.

I must really love the "idea" of Panera bread - a cafe like place where you could have a nice warm drink and meal while you finish up your work. Unfortunately, it's impossible to get any work done because music is playing so loud. The only thing louder is the staff yelling at each other. Today was raining and cold day and I didn't want to be stuck in traffic so I went here and ordered soup and a sandwich. I waited about half an hour for my meal in a surprising cold restaurant. I don't know if their heater wasn't working or what, but it made eating their unbearable. When I finally got my food, I was starving and I literally whimpered when I tasted my soup and realized it was cold. Like, out of a can and into a bowl type of cold. This is not the place to be to escape the cold or to enjoy a meal or peace and quiet.I don't know what this place is even for. It doesn't seem to have an upside. It will be my last time ever giving Panera bread a shot.

Haven't been to Panera in years! Came in after a while, took me 40 min to get a bagel sandwich. The floor manager with a beard was really mean to customers and his fellow coworkers. Seems like he has anger issues that he needs to resolve. We all work in a high stress environment, but doesn't mean you have to lose your cool..

A long wait between ordering our food and getting the food ready. And once we got the food, chicken was added to the bowl while specifically asked for vegetarian dish. Highly disappointed with the service.

I have been going to different Panera franchises and this place stood out to me with how clean it is. The salad is not just thrown in together but plated nicely. You can tell the effort and care from employees.

The new Mango Yuzu Citrus drink is incredible. This is a win for humanity at large.
