This place was my go to when they open. Over time, the need for speed has made quality less than it was. I am hoping they take time and prepare quality ramen like they did when they open. Service has always been decent.It's a causal place suitable for singles to family members.

This place is AMAZING!!! The owners are super nice and the food quality is phenomenal! They really could charge a lot more for the amount of food and the flavor! Every item is fantastic. I can't wait to keep trying new items. Ramen is delicious too!!

Ramen 101 has very good Ramen I have to say. Almost 20$ for a bowl of if Ramen but it's very large and I enjoy eating here. The service Is fast, the staff are very friendly and a good atmosphere overall. I ordered the chicken Ramen. Delicious food!

I got the whole squid and chicken rice bowl. It was a decent price $30 for the two entrees and a drink. I suggest getting something along with the rice bowl for it to be filling enough. My friend got the ramen and said the chasu was bad very chew. The rice bowl was pretty standard. Highly recommend the squid though. Solid amount served

Ambiance was off from get go. It's an order at the counter situation, but I got over it. Ramen noddles were ok, but the that's were it ended. Corn was underdone, bamboo shoots rough and chewy, egg over cooked and Porto dry and old. Black garlic ramen was not black, but rather about a full head of roasted garlic? Zero attention to detail on this one. Really the first bad ramen I have had in the Bay Area.

The service is great and the food is ready in a timely manner. The ramen broth was rich in flavor, the noodles had a great texture, and the topping were delicious. The squid was grilled to perfection, the prawn tempura was crunchy and flavourful, the crab Rangoon were sweet and salty, and the Tako Yaki was sweet. Overall, it was the best ramen I have had in a while and the service was superb.
