DO NOT GO HERE-Horrible service. I was ignored multiple times when asking questions about the food. i was over charged and they would not even try to fix the price, besides the usual “serving size of cheese based off the mood their in that day.” its for surely only in business because it shares the same building as the liquor store.

I placed my order online in the morning yesterday. But when I went to the place to pick them up, I was told my order was cancelled. I insisted that I did not cancel my order. After a minute, the store admitted that they cancelled my order because they did not like the coupon I used. At that time, I was late on my schedule.I don't mind they reject my order online if they don't like the coupon. However, I don't think it is acceptable practice to cancel customers' order after they are placed. The owner clearly place profit ahead of customers.

Located inside a convenience store and near an onramp to 580, a footlong sub and chips plus a bag fee of $1.0 totaled $15.52. I came in, ordered my sandwich, paid and left. It was an easy transaction with no issues. Review #76 of 100 in 2023.

Do not order! Horrible customer service. I ordered from the app to get the deal. I showed them that I had ordered and already been charged for the order. The owner very rudely told me that he cannot do anything and that I would have to dispute the charge or call HQ to get my money back. That would be a huge hassle. I asked him if he could just make the sandwich and he absolutely refused. He said it's not his fault and it is on my to get my money back. I told him if I owned a business and had faulty service, I would correct it. Especially with proof that I paid! He also said the problem might be that this location doesn't accept any coupons. The subway app said they participated. I don't see why it wouldn't either- this isn't any special location. Just one greedy, rude man!

It’s inside the mini mart. Doesn’t accept any local coupons. I like to submit an online order and it’s always ready on time. Sandwiches are always good.

their food is good and their customer service also basic. But nothing was bad although it was in a mini mart atleast the mini mart is decently clean

The best made subway we have had in a long time! We used the app while on the road to order. Both specialty sandwiches. When we arrived at the location it looked like a convenience store but we could see the subway sign. The order was ready and waiting! Beyond that it was perfectly made and packaged! Easy off and on the freeway. Couldn't be happier
