I used my Taco Bell app and I went through the drive thru to pick up my order. I got he online exclusive box. My chalupa was hella fat. It was good. They did not give me napkins and i ordered hot sauce and it was not in the bag. I had sauce in my car but I needed more. Fat chalupa.

Wonderful. The young adults were having a cake for one of the other employees' Birthday. So my wife and I sang happy birthday with them. I mentioned my birthday was two days earlier. Much to my surprise, the manager brought over a slice of cake for us. It was a very sweet gesture. The place was very clean and the employees obviously worked well together. A very well run Taco Bell.....Go get a snack from these hard-working individuals!Parking: Plenty.

I enjoy coming to this Taco Bell. The food is always made correctly and quickly and that's thanks to Tia working in the restaurant. She always acknowledges us with a friendly hi. She is a big help with knowing the specials especially when I can't remember them myself. Thanks team for the excellent customer service!

Had terrible experience here. Ordered veg qasadilla and they brought it out in less than minute cheese unmelted just grates and I asked if it is vegetarian because it did not look like it. The workers in the front were so rude. They r like I made it it’s vegetarian. Huuuuhhh what now ? That’s the way they were talking to me and I did not even finish my convo both of the jus tower he counter and went inside.

The last few times, I've gone here and tried to order what they advertised on the board, and they never are selling that item. The lady time they have a chicken chalupa deluxe box priced at 7.19 when I got to the window he said 11 and some change and I said is tax that much. He said no the meal is 9.99. I questioned what was advertised and he even seen it by said he was unable to do that pricing because in the system it says 9.99. Needless to say probably won't be back there. Also the regular chalupa box is 5.00 in Oakland but this one charge over 7 dollars for it

The Double Decker is back baby! Always great new items and specials going on and staff is always there to fix any problems.Features: No masks needed if vaccinated, but social distancing still recommended.

I mean, it's Taco Bell. I often would order from this location thru the doordash app and they would get my order wrong 90% of the time. So I didn't have high expectations. But they did get our order correct this time. The poor girl at the counter was multi tasking, handling our transaction and the drive through. Lots of delivery drivers loitering in the lobby. The drink fountain was a sticky mess, also to be expected, and I had to dump my tea as it was totally flavorless. I was actually shocked this location doesn't have ordering kiosks in the lobby. But it was mostly clean (drink fountain not considered) and seemed well managed.

Saul is the man. Hooked us up with a good amount of fire sauce which we all know, makes or breaks the Taco Bell experience. Super nice guy and order was taken quickly and gave us all our items within a minute or 2 I'd say. Tasted fantastic too. Coming back just to see my guy Saul
