Just another Taco Bell. The staff are friendly.I ordered it online just so I could save some time. My order says it’s ready to pick up at 1PM, I arrived on time, but they don’t have my order ready. I asked again at 1:15, they lost my order and didn’t know what I was waiting for.

Order veg food and they gave non-veg good. Not sure whether they understand the online order. Worst experience.Had very bad experience with Taco with in a week.

I order from this location every single week via doordash and sometimes the sauce packets I order are all there, and sometimes they aren't. I realize the number of packets I order may seem like a lot to some people, but I do use exactly 6 packets per item. I like how it tastes. It seems as though whomever is preparing my order thinks they get to decide how many I get, in spite of the fact that my order clearly states how many. Why even allow customers to choose how many of each sauce we can have, if it's just gonna be ignored?? I'm hoping the other Taco Bell near me is in my DoorDash vicinity, because I'm giving this one one more try and if they mess it up again, I'm switching to a different location. Nobody but me gets to decide how to flavor my food and this has led me to have to keep a stash of sauce packets at home that I pick up when I do venture out for a store visit, so that I have them on hand when this store ultimately has another order of mine that's incomplete. This is unacceptable!!!

I placed an order andd was missing four of the six items I ordered. I attempted to call and spoke to a male who pretended to not speak any english then acted like he couldnt hear me. I have requested a full refund but have yet to hear from anyone!

I just spent 30 dollars and gave a donation I ordered 3 nacho supremes and they put one small scoop of meat on each nacho. Like are you Foreal??? I asked them to put more meat both of the employees got mad had an attitude. Definitely need to provide better customer service and give people more meat.
