There was a 1.00 service fee added to my order. I asked and was told it was a fee to eat there. On the way out I double checked and that fee is not disclosed anywhere. The dollar doesn't affect me. The lack of transparency and greed does and makes this my last visit.

This's the best Habit i have been.The manager i think his name was Randy so friendly. Employees are happy and pleasant. Store is clean organized and service is fast.

Habit has managed to keep their items reasonably priced in comparison to other burgers joints. Considering they make their food fresh with quality ingredients. Everything was good. It always is. Of course I would've appreciated more bacon on the blt, but it was only $5 so I didn't expect it to be overflowing. I think the ceaser salad was the standout dish. They weren't skimpy with the dressing or the croutons. Perfect side!
Showed up at the pickup time -1:05, was told to wait another 5-10 min for my order to be ready. Stood right by the counter waiting and waiting for my name to get called for 30 additional minutes and finally had to go up and ask, only to be told they gave my order away already, and that it was "sitting out for a long time and we called the name"My name was not called and i checked the pickup area. Instead of offering to quickly remake the order, we were asked to get in line and pay for another order and then wait another 15 minutes.I ordered through your website, but was told to "contact the third party for a refund" Still waiting on the refund.Unreasonable and unacceptable to waste that much of our time, even during the holidays.

I was driving past when I decided to stop in for a burger & onion rings before my Santa Con festivities. There was a gentleman cleaning the windows & he opened the door for me to enter. Such a nice gesture! Another gentleman took my order correctly & asked if I wanted to add on a drink. I declined since I had my own water bottle. My order was ready within 5-8 minutes. Pretty quick! I ordered an impossible burger w/cheese & raw onions, no tomatoes. I was given it with tomatoes. I normally say no tomatoes since I don't like to waste em. But I also don't mind picking them out. The same gentleman who was cleaning the windows handed me my food & complimented me on my makeup. I was feeling iffy about it but decided to leave the house with it. Lol! So that was nice to hear. Overall I like this habit location, everyone is friendly and nice. Food being fresh is a plus.

The manager is so arrogant and no respect with the customers. They should replace that kind of manager. Not good for customer. Sorry for the ownership of this fast food. I won't recommend to argue with this manager.

This is my Go To spot. This one in particular. Though I do visit others of course. But as I was saying, this one in particular has Very Good Service. As I have witnessed on many different occasions. If you have Experienced something different maybe it was an Off Day or Night. And Any and Everyone is Entitled to one of those Every now and then ;-) But food is always Excellent even if slightly altered . Like for me I like to get the Santa Barbara Cobb I believe it's called. And instead of the Chicken I get added Egg in its place. And it's made to Perfection. My first time it got made was a little shaky to my liking. Even though it was still Well Prepared. Not to my liking. And Now my last few of this particular Salad has been Exactly to my liking . Without me even saying this is how I like it. Prepares in the Kitchen just started putting it together to my liking. I know it's just a salad but it is exquisitely prepared now. I also get the Veggie Burger in house. Not the Beyond one that they have. THE ACTUAL VEGGIE BURGER ! Sweet Potato Fries, Onion Rings etc..I actually eat more Vegan/Vegetarian so this place is Decently Wonderful. I must End Here because I can keep on going ;-) Are you Hungry Now ? Well get yourself on into this Establishment and order you something !
