You can tell the new minimum wage is affecting Taco Bell already.. Took almost 15 minutes to have my order ready and there were only 2 orders ahead of me.. I had a nacho Supreme and the bottom of the platter was filled with broken up pieces of chips almost too small to pick up.. Disappointing..

They never cut the quesadillas for some reason. And our orders are often wrong. The outside lights are never on so it often seems closed. But the staff is nice…
No employees visible when we ordered inside. My husband called out and two employees came out to fill order...not friendly...will not be coming back

Stopped for a quick bite on the way home. Ordered a Steak Grilled Cheese, asked if there was anything spicy in it. He said he has chipotle but it is not spicy. I said ok, can I have extra sour cream. He charged me $0.90 for the extra sour cream. Pretty sure I didn't get any sour cream. My husband ordered a burrito supreme with no sour cream, he got sour cream. He got a new burrito but it wasn't a burrito supreme with no sour cream. Who knows what it actually was. I got a new burrito with no chipotle, wish they actually cooked it. To top it off the guy was rude about all of it. Cross this Taco Bell off the list.

i came here first time when i got in no one came in registered. i ordered from the screen and after ordering the food i was waiting for my cup no one showed ip on the front desk. when my order was ready. lady put on the counter and left and i ordered 4 cup and she gave me 1 i was waiting and no one came for service. when lady came she was so rude and ignored really bad experience

If you want to go to a place where the employees attitude and customer service is an all time low definitely recommend coming here. On top of that, smashing the tacos in the bag with sly remarks. Do better.

We had stopped at this Taco Bell on our way to Oregon and the food was alright but the service was really bad and the place was dirty. All the tables were dirty even though it was not busy at all, we were the only ones there and we asked the lady if she can clean the table for us and she said she would but never came to clean it so we had to wipe it off ourselves with some hand sanitizer on a napkin. All the condiments, napkins, and utensils were behind their counter and the employee did not offer us any sauces. The napkins were also the same as the paper towels they use in the bathroom.
