I came because of reviews. Very disappointed. It wasn't worth the walk from the truck stop. The food was average at best. Service was neither good enough nor bad enough to be note worthy. Atmosphere was bare bones. Two stars because it was remarkably clean.

Very good quesabirria. The meat was tender and the broth was really good. We also had some barbacoa tacos. Next time we're in the area we'll stop in for sure.

Usually I'm highly suspicious of a highway exit restaurant with five stars in the middle of nowhere. Like how good could food there be when your other choices are Jack in the Box and the gas station mini mart? But hot damn is this place worthy of five stars. My burrito was one of the best I've ever had. The chips were tres authentic. Really really good food fresh prepared. Affordable. Friendly service. Nice decor. Clean bathroom. Good selection I'm living in the Bay Area and wish this place was in my neighborhood. Damn. It's so well deserving of its five stars.

AMAZING food. The best Mexican food I recall ever having. Everything was fresh and clearly from scratch. I'll be dreaming about the tripas taco with homemade tortilla. I also had the chile relleno abs it was huge, delicious and perfect spice level. My friend had the gorditas and couldn't stop eating-- perfectly crispy and packed with meat! Can't wait to stop by again when I pass through. The inside is also very cute and there is so much to look at. You order at front, then sit down. The gal working the front was incredibly nice and took great care making sure we had everything we needed.
